I want to give a big shout out to Vicki Reichel at the Silverdale location. She has always provided customer service that goes above and beyond any storefront experience I've ever had. She has always been my contact when purchasing jewelry and has a way of putting an anxious mind at rest by working diligently to ensure a thorough understanding of their products, the billing options, and so much more that goes beyond just jewelry. My most recent purchase of an engagement ring was an amazing experience and Vicki worked some real magic for me. She brought my vision of the perfect ring to life and I couldn't be happier with the results! The whole experience felt like I was working with a friend, and her intuition was invaluable! Nice to be immediately treated as if I cannot afford what they sell.The older lady with an a line Bob like hair cut, immediately told me to look elsewhere after just a simple question of material.Note this is the second time she's judge me in the past month, first time I asked about a bracelet. Got the same response of "look elsewhere"Get ahold of the opinionated staff, two times in a month is ridiculous.Yup I will be shopping somewhere else, since being discriminated based on looks is acceptable.

My wife and I stopped by Ben Bridge to see if they could do some custom tracer bands after our first Jeweler flaked in us. With a month until the wedding, we had little doubt that the tracer bands were going to be finished. Vicky guided us through the whole process and let us know the same jeweler had been working there for 30 years. We decided to give them a try since Vicky was so confident that we would have at least the engagement ring back before the wedding.A week before the wedding we did not have the engagement ring back. After working with the staff, we were able to get a pickup date for the engagement ring. To our very large surprise, the tracer bands were completed in time for the event. We cannot thank Vicky and the rest of the staff for the constant communication, reassurances, and follow through that allowed us to have a very beautiful ring for the day of the wedding. Even the quote for the custom work was near dead on. 10/10 would recommend.

Carrie Jadore at Kitsap Mall was very fun and great to work with! She gave us many wonderful ideas and was as excited as my girlfriend was when they both saw the main diamond and ring design. I highly, highly recommend her to help you make your dreams come true!!

Alisan was amazing to work with this evening at the Silverdale location. 2022 marks our 10 year wedding anniversary and the husband suggested upgrading my wedding set. We walked in just wanting to take a look and walked out making a decision quicker than choosing paint colors. The store was very busy, however, we felt as if we were the only ones there. How disappointing that they quote someone a 7 to 10 day delivery for a ring, then 10 days later we check back to see what's going on to find out IT HADN'T BEEN ORDERED YET and it will actually take 16 days because it's a specialty item. Here we are 26 days later... And nobody cares because THEY ALREADY GOT PAYMENT IN FULL. HORRIBLE service.Update: Their apology is to tell us it's still not being delivered until February. Jokers.Update: they ruined our magical moment. We got a full refund and got a better ring from another jeweler who delivered within the week. But I'm stuck with my ring that doesn't match his now because Ben Bridge won't refund that. These guys are clowns.

Just needed a watch battery... and they did it in minutes on December 29/2021. I wish I knew the name of the woman who did it - it was fast and although she was unsure if the day of week function was operating correctly (it is fine, you had set the watch to just after midnight, not noon). It is not a fancy watch (Japan movement) but rather a simple dial/weekday/date functioning watch that I use on long trips when it is easy to get out of sinc with the world (like walking the Camino). Thank you again - perfect service from a company functioning with service like it is the 1970's still.
