Adjoining room reservation confirmed but not given. We sat and waited in the cafe for 1&1/2 hours for our food never received it. I would not stay here.

Five stars ONLY for the absolutely incredible view/location of this hotel. We stayed in room 102, which is a single king corner room with a patio directly next to the water. It was the most incredible room we could've hoped to stay in. That, however, is where the amazing-ness ends. The front desk's service was horrible. Upon arrival, we called down to the front to ask how to start the fireplace. We were told it wasn't functioning and told we'd receive a credit on our room. After check out and receipt of the invoice after our stay, we noticed that promised credit was never applied We also walked to the desk the first evening to request that they refill the shampoo dispenser (empty or not working) and asked for an extra blanket because the room was freezing. Neither was done. The room was fine but I highly recommend NOT reserving a room to enjoy their "jacuzzi tubs." The jets were all black and tub was dirty. I would not recommend soaking in it unless you're willing to catch something, lol. Breakfast was okay. Typical hotel breakfast food. The view from the dining area was STUNNING. The restaurant was mehh. I didn't like the food I ordered (way too salty... and that's coming from someone who loves salty food). The best part of the restaurant was the cheerful blonde lady - I don't know her name but she was SO NICE and went out of her way to take care of us. Price-wise, this place is a steal but again, only because of the view. I wish I could say that these things were deal breakers but we totally would stay in room 102 again for the view. We LOVED enjoying morning coffee on the patio at sunrise and walking straight from our room a few feet to the beach. Chances are that we will return and recommend this place to others.

Rough hotel...bed was clean, one star for that. Hallway was bad first impression with the carpet pulled up in places and plywood exposed, stains on top of stains..Sign in elevator saying jacuzzi was broke.Room had a very larged soaked wetspot that I didn't notice until I took my shoes off and stuck my feet in it. Put a towel over it and it soaked through that too (see pic). So took a bath to wash and light shuts off automatically after about 15 mins and they blocked the motion sensor with the wall mounted soap dispenser. Glad nightlight came on. Good hot water.Room was freezing, heater works but loud. A lot of moisture in windows.Overall impression is the glory days for this hotel are in the past, but prices are still premium unfortunately.

The location was amazing! I will say that a homeless man was sleeping in the bathroom. The breakfast was terrible. However everyone was very nice and welcoming. I enjoyed the view and pool area was very clean. We found toys under the bed.

Sugar ants in room on both bedside tables then was told there was no other room was available. Then they stated they could put my mother in law in a pet friendly room although no outlet plugs available for cpap machine except the other side of the room where the bed was not and unable to sleep without cpap machine which can affect her health. We got my mother in law this hotel room as my father in law is in the hospital at st michaels medical center. This was the worst experience she could of had during this time. I called and complained and manager stated she could only refund half my payment which is ridiculous during this hardship time and i would never recommend anyone here as the customer service was very poor and so were accomodations .

we called to make a reservation because both my husband and I are handicap. We did ask for a handicap room for the date we needed to stay. they have only two handicap rooms, ADA, accessible, out of 150 or so rooms. We found out later. The problem is we were up sold a room that was larger, but was definitely not handicap accessible. We were livid. My husband thankfully has a wheelchair that lifts so he could get into the bed. He had a hard time getting off of the commode because there is no handicap bars in the bathroom. We complain to the manager and got compensated. Manager if somebody asks for a handicap room, it needs to be completely ADA accessible. We do not want to be Upsold and thinking we can manage a room the way normal person could get around. We will not be back.

The hotel and hotel staff was awesome. They were helpful courteous polite more than i've seen any other hotels in a while. The swing shift gal.Don't remember her name long brown hair skinny she is one of the best. Definitely highly recommend this hotel. And I will be coming back next time. I'm in the area and the pictures I stayed 3 different nights. In the pictures it's two different rooms. The three rooms were spacious comfortable Got to overlook the view.Hot shot showers the bed we're great Pillows were perfect.Highly recommend like I said I will be backFood & drinks: Didn't try the restaurant after work work. But I did have breakfast there. And the breakfast was awesome. Everybody that was there for breakfast definitely needs to raise. One guy and two ladies... They put together an awesome breakfast. Changes seven days a week was the best breakfast i've had. I would go back just for that.Definitely the best breakfast in that area within forty miles I would highly recommend them

Yvonne was working that evening and was so very helpful. We are locals from the area and it was one of the coldest days we had of jan 2024 and our power had gone out hour prior with no restoration till the following evening. We had our 82 yrs. Elderly mom and 3 of us, no double queens available but she did some magic and some how did some people moving to get us a room and was so very grateful. The wide power outage caused alot of us scrambling to look for a room for a night and not many hotel room available. Thank you, Yvonne!!Walkability: Right in the middle of town, very walkable area to foods

We used to love this place, we have been coming for years and it has gone down hill. We had loved to stay in the corner rooms because they were so nice and the view is amazing. We got here and the hall on the 3rd floor was lined with old beds and box springs the whole weekend and who knows how long before we got here. There was trash behind them and some old desk or something as well. The ceiling in our room had apparently had a leak and left a long disgusting hole and stain. The window had black mold around it, we could smell the neighbors vaping and smoking pot through the walls. The night clerk seemed unhappy being there when we checked in. This place used to be amazing, its nice when you walk in but the rooms are terrible. We will definitely be looking somewhere else to stay...SadRooms: Very dumpy
