“LIZA(manager) of the Silverdale BB , went over and above in dealing with and actually fixing(rubbing out) a long rubber like marking on my BMW X3.I had just had my car washed at Brown Bear this morning and thought it might have occurred at the car wash. She very professionally handled the issue and looked at their camera and determined the lond marking was not on the car going in or out. She determined and I concurred that BB was not responsible .Liza nevertheless said she would buff and rub it off...which she did right away and my car looks great.And did I mention...FOR FREE!As it turns out my wife was the culprit and swiped my car side with her car's passenger side mirror!!Kudos in the highest to Liza and Brown Bear for her above and beyond effort which is why I have been a long time customer and monthly car wash program member.Brown Bear and Liza really do care about my car as much as I do! “They serve up some tasty strips. No lie classic deliciousness scrips. Good prices too. The guy that is normally there is awesome. The early morning lady is a saint. It's like the church of chicken strips in silverdale. Putting on a revival. Hallelujah! Good beer selection. There is a car wash so you can clean your car while those strips clean your filthy soul. Cheap dog bones too. Like 25 cents.”

“This touchless car wash is pretty good and the free vacuums are great. I only wish they had trash cans at each vacuum station because I collected a lot of trash in my car and there was nowhere nearby to throw it away. I saw one trashcan as I was leaving near the exit and it was too late to stop and cause a traffic back up to get out of my car and throw it away.”
