I went to return items that were gifted to me and the lady assumed they were all worn, when they were clearly not and had tags. The store associates were very rude to me. They were selectively polite to another customer who also had their baby with them. They didn't smile or say hi to my baby when they were with us but they stopped what they were doing to talk to that customer who didn't even need help they were just causally perusing. A bunch of mean girls there. I have over 70 dollars of store credit and I havent returned to use it bc they made me feel so uncomfortable.

Really unsure why the workers have to have an attitude when you come in with a return. My husband came in with all receipts and within the 90 day limit and the lady (Marie) was extremely rude to him. Acting like it was such a pain to do even though she had nothing better to do than fold clothes. It’s not like she’s losing the money, it’s a big corporation. Even if you’re having a bad day, at least show respect to the customers. I frequent this store and it really makes me want to shop elsewhere because of this (this isn’t the first time that they’ve been rude).

So, I was super excited to find out that I had a Carters close to home. I walked in, saw all the super cute clothes, and was even greeted by the employees at the register. The clothes were organized by colors and sizes and I was so excited to get some shirts for my daughter. When I asked the short haired associate where t-shirts were, she asked me what size. I told her 9 months and above because I wanted them for under my daughter's tank-rompers. She then proceeded to tell me that shirts were impractical because babies aren't standing or walking at those sizes, so a button onesie would be better. I further explained that I wanted to avoid having to double button the onesie and the rompers. She proceeded to tell me that shirts weren't good for babies because they're mainly crawling and that shirts can bunch up. She even picked up a shirt to show me that they can bunch up. I know what I wanted, and why I wanted it. She made me feel really stupid about it and that my daughter was just some baby who couldn't handle a shirt, even though she's already standing most of the time and practicing walking. Besides, the shirts are for summer, when she'll be better at it. I put everything in my cart back and walked out. Thanks for making me feel like an incompetent mom who doesn't even know that babies shouldn't wear shirts. I'll find them somewhere else.

Amazing customer service. Sadly they didn't have what I came for despite the website saying my location had them in store. But that's just the internet so oh well! The employee went well beyond to help us find a suitable substitute.

DO NOT BUY FROM CARTERS! Horrible return policy! Even with all the tags on, and a receipt, they will only give you store credit for what the items currently are selling for. Don’t waste your time.The associates at this location are very RUDE. Stating when asked why I wasn’t getting what I paid for the items “that’s just the policy” while rolling their eyes.

This place would be great if only the Store manager would treat the employees nicer. I was in the store and witnessed the store manager belittle and yell at a young employee. Completely uncalled for. That manager needs to be fired.

Worst customer service! I’ve unfortunately had the worst service and experience from the tall blonde lady twice at this store. Love the clothes but trying my best to avoid this store.

Wonderful staff. Came in with a large exchange from an online purchase. Lady was super patient and kind. Helped me find things that weren't in stock and special ordered me a couple things for me also. Made me feel really welcome as a customer.
