Found the associates bored and not attentive to the customers. The only time they woke up was when my rain jacket was marked wrong but I still got the lower price because they had to honor it. My lucky day! Customer serve is highly lacking, training is incomplete in a lot of retail businesses.

Pretty quiet, as many walk-in retail stores tend to be these days, but the staff was nice enough and the selection/available sizes was pretty good.

Nice store. The employees are very helpful. They don't have the high end Columbia gear like Titanium or Mountain Hardware.

Horrible experience. Just checked out the store for the first time. I love the Pfg gear and wanted some for Uv protection for work. I was looking at the shirts for some time and had an employee just stare at me. Never was greeted by anyone and all three employees ignored me. Don’t waste your time going here. Worth the extra money to just order online.

Store was clean and organized. I walked in and I was immediately greeted. I was looking for snow boots for my son and husband, and found both on sale. Was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Thank you for the great customer service.

I like this store. It’s nice and clean. The staff are friendly and the prices are pretty good. It’s not a very big store but it’s better than nothing.
