Wow! I don't think I've experienced a more incompetent pharmacy. These people do not do their jobs, and when they try to do even a fraction of what they're supposed to be doing mess it up severely.AVOID. So unprofessional it's insane.

Not equipped to give vaccines in a professional manner and without any privacy whatsoever. We literally walked away. Waste of time.

Long lines , long waits, poor service , terrible place! I will be changing insurance in November for this reason and this reason only , literally standing in the middle of the store isles so people shopping cannot get through the line, what a mess, elderly or disabled have nowhere to sit if they can’t stand, employees are like slugs very lethargic

Shockingly bad experience- I made an appointment for vaccines only to find out some of them were not even offered at that location. They were unable to figure out my insurance, and told me to submit it after, and then gave me a target receipt with NONE of the necessary information needed for submission. I had to ask for copies of the labels, which were provided with eye rolls. It was seriously such an odd and unprofessional experience.

Poor service I won’t go anymore. Walgreens is way better and the pharmacists are way nicer. Do better!

I am shocked by the poor service! A prescription was submitted 3 weeks ago, with the intent of planning ahead. It was not filled, so I called to inquire. Because of the current CVS policy to prevent people from calling the pharmacy, I had to leave a voicemail and wait for a callback, which I never received due to an unexplained malfunction on my phone. I tried to call back again, and I could not get through, not even to leave a voicemail - I was just put on hold for 5 minutes and then hung up on multiple times.
When I eventually got through, it took threats of reporting to the authorities to get the prescription filled 24 hours after the first call, now completely out of the important medication. Then I got there and the GoodRx coupon was not applied like before, resulting in another half hour delay to re-issue the label. The pharmacist and her team were nice and fixed it, but they had some technical difficulties as well resulting in that half hour delay of me standing around, which would've been prevented by - you guessed it - a phone call.
But since CVS doesn't want customers calling their pharmacies, I will go to another pharmacy where they pick up the phone, so CVS gets less of those annoying customer phone calls.

The WORST experience I have ever had. Pharmacists hung up on me three times! Everytime I called to be put on hold I would be there for 15 mins. Will not be going back.

Auto refills here have been mostly fine. HOWEVER, if getting a vaccination w/ an appt online, what a screwed up mess!! Female employee will chastise you for going to the window with the sign that says "VACCINE CHECK IN" because you didn't wait in the long line behind people that are picking up prescriptions. WTH?? What's the point of the vaccine check in?? Why would I make myself be 20 minutes late for the appointment by waiting in the long line?? Is anyone seeing how ridiculous this is?? ISN'T THAT THE POINT OF AN APPOINTMENT?? Do the people picking up scripts have appts?? NO, they don't.
CVS needs to get their vaccination appts and protocols streamlined and their pharmaceutical techs should behave MUCH more professional demeanor, when the client did NOTHING wrong. God forbid someone asks a question about how check in works when its your first time. Hope management sees this. Was there at 3:30p on 4/30/24. There was only one female working the front window around that time.

I am absolutely floored with this place and I have had enough. I went in to pick up a script that was within the 28 day period to be filled. They told me it was too soon and that they don’t count the day you pick up and count by weeks? So am I not supposed to take my medicine the day I get it? So that was put on hold that day. I went in the next day to pick it up and it got filled I asked a different person what there policy was and they said it must of been insurance. I also don’t know why when I get there and pick up one script that yes is a controlled substance for my anxiety they must announce it to everyone that works there like I am a hassle or tabs are being kept on me for what reason?
The staff is 100% completely unprofessional, they are rude and don’t have any compassion what so ever to any of us. This is very sad because this has happened to my husband as well. Will most definitely be seeking out a new pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever used and I’ve literally used all of them. Every few months my doctor would send my prescriptions to this pharmacy, and every single month at the same time each month (you know because there’s thirty pills, and after thirty days you run out) I’d call to fill my prescription, and they would say ohhhh sorry we don’t have that medicine but I’ll try and order it! Then I’d never hear back if they got the medicine or not. So I’d call around to other pharmacies to see if someone else could fill it for the month. After doing this for nearly a year and only getting my prescription from them maybe twice (late too of course !) I switched to another pharmacy permanently. It’s the darndest thing too because, this new pharmacy has never once had an issue with keeping my medications in stock. The staff is also incredibly rude here. I dreaded having to call them.

I went to store #8555 Faith helped me with my purchases. She's always friendly and knows my husband passed away so takes a minute to ask how I am. Melody fills my scripts and Faith helps me with OTC meds. Thank you CVS and thank you store# 8555
