Terrible experience. Horrible staff. I went there woth my children today. I go almost everyday but today is the last time I'll ever shop here. As soon as I walked in with my kids they started making announcements about keeping your children with you..kind you we just stepped foot inside so.my kids are and always are next to me. They kept watching us as if we were pocketing irmes and following us around..one lady came up and said for my kids not to touch anything when they were next to my cart wit the entire time. Female worker comes to the next Isle standing there and watching us. We go to the beauty isle and here comes the worker Andrew literally yelling at My 7 year old son yelling him to stop touching things and he says God dammit. Took.ebwruyhinf inside to hold me from cussing him out but I have more respect than them. Kept my composure and told them I was notifying corporate about this incident mind you there were more families there and yes we were the only family of color. They rush you out and treat you like an inconvenience. If you don't like your job then quit. Do not shop here unless you want to be harassed by employees
I put half my cart back just because of the harassment from the employees.

Went to buy reading glasses. Found em immediately. There were huge lines with very slow cashiers. I stumped the cashier by trying to give her change so she didn’t have to give me a bunch of change back and she had no idea what to do. I felt bad for her because she completely froze, but unfortunately, this is the kind of society we live in now People can’t count back change.

This is a great place to get balloons, party favors, holiday decorations, graduation decorations and more. The getting carte are a good deal- 2 for $1. Even though most items are $1.25, there are better quality items for $3-5. It's an easy to find location. Employees are always helpful. There's plenty of parking.

One of the managers Shawna is known for being mean to children in the store. If you go here with your children keep a close eye on them (and her)! Just terrible.

The customer service here is hit or miss. Today, I had a very rude cashier. The cashier Selena started to ring me up. No, Hi, no hello. She looked at me like I was the last person she wanted to help. I told her I had brought my bag. I started to give it to her, and she rudely said, "You can bag your own stuff." Ok, no problem. So I set my bag on the counter. She would not hand me my items as she rang them out. She kept putting them on the far side of the bag. She put the card I purchased under my bag, so I almost left it due to not seeing it. She definitely needs customer service training or to find another job. I wasn't even finished putting the stuff in my bag before she started talking to the person behind me. She never made sure I got all of my stuff or said anything before I left.

Please teach your crew how to handle ther people with mental disabilities or homeless with there gentle old Labrador. Instead of escalating a situation aggressively were there laid no real situation. Was super disappointed to go in there and listen to how he handled a harmless situation. For that it is a two star.

Normally my service there isn't too bad and I have a good experience but it says they close at 9 but the won't let anyone in the door to even grab 1 item 10 min til and they said they closed at 8:55 so there time is incorrect at this location

More like the dollar 25 store now because of inflation and thefts. Crowded parking lot shared by many stores. Friendly staff. Store was clean and well organized.

Dollar Tree Silverdale is a mess! Seldom do they have more than one cashier with the other employees outside chatting/ smoking. Going to the Poulsbo one from now on where the employees are competent, friendly and actually do their job.

Dollar tree is one of my favorite stores to go to. They've changed so much throughout the years. They have so much more items now that you would never thing they would ever carry. They even have some know brand items. They even have a spot with auto motive items that you would normally see in other stores. We usually come here for snacks, school stuff, some dental items, etc.Overall, we enjoying going to dollar tree stores and see what each store has. Lol usually We'll end up walking out with stuff.
