Their staff was very friendly and helpful. My car was ran into and was looking brand new after a few days. They also helped me getting everything set up through insurance which helpful and took the extra stresses off me.

The tech that came out to look at my car told me my car wasn’t worth his time because he was so backed up. Wouldn’t even make eye contact with me and didn’t want to provide an estimate.

They completely wasted my time
Went in requesting a estimate and they said they couldn’t do it that day, but they could next week
Call the day before my appointment to confirm showed up on time to my appointment the next day they said they didn’t have an estimator on hand and they would take my car and get an estimate to me when they could
They could’ve told me the day before when I called they wouldn’t be able to do it and they were very nonchalant about wasting time. In fact, they were rude about it.
I would trust these people with my wheelbarrow much less my car

I needed front end repair after collision with a deer. My insurance recommended this business.
Flawless customer service at every stage. Few days wait for assessment of damage/quote. Very quick scheduling for repairs to start after that. Convenient system setup with rental car pick up and return. I did not need to interact with insurance at all, everything was taken care of. Regular update on repairs. Overall superb experience.

We recently took our vehicle to FixAuto in Silverdale for some minor bodywork. They repaired some deep gouges, scrapes, and dings on our aluminum-body F150. The repairs were perfect! They also returned our truck much cleaner both inside and out. As a bonus they cleared multiple OBDii codes we didn't even know we had. Tony and all his team were professional and friendly. Thanks, will use them again (if needed).

I had a bumper cover pulled off by a cement parking curb bumper. Fix Auto of Silverdale was able to put the bumper cover back on, and ensure all the sensors work properly without error messages. I had an appointment to do the work, and I got my car back the next day. Very happy with their work.
