Like others have said, the manager Matt here is a lifesaver. Breaking a $1k phone will ruin anybody's day, but after this guy managed to avoid charging me an arm and a leg and from enduring a week or more wait time it was a lot easier to shrug that off. Will be back again, thanks Matt!

The Geek Squad in Silverdale is PHENOMENAL. Matt the Manager as well as the folks that work for him went absolutely above and beyond to help me when my computer took a bath and was not able to be fixed. I will be a forever loyal Silverdale Geek Squad customer!!!
