Went in the store 2 x and never once did someone approach me and asked if I needed help finding anything.
The first time I waited 15 minutes and no one came to see if I needed help. Second time I waited 2 minutes and 54 seconds. No one said anything to me. Not even a Welcome in . During my first time in the store I was given a glare like i didn’t belong in the store. The second time there was eye contact but I wasn’t approached and I wasn’t asked if I needed help finding anything in the men section . I understand if it was an off day but 2x really . I will never shop here again

I would of given it five stars if they had more underwear selection for young girls. And if they had more options for plus size. There very limited. Also, front desk ladies. Any day you come in they have a attitude, doesn't matter whom even if they are new. They are rude.

Went in for the first time. Don't think I'll go back. I hate having to go though the whole rack to find my size. It's all just put in together and couldn't find the prices on things.

So kinda disappointed, the first time I order from here was off hours and it was great. The last time I ordered they were slammed and the quality greatly depreciated. The service is always good so far but the rice was old or stale if that makes sense and so was the tempura. Seemed like the breaded shrimp had been there for a while and used from a different order or been prepped. No good with fish!

Do not shop with this store at Kitsap Mall H&M. I went in and saw a suit on a mannequin and wanted to buy it. The Asst. Store Manager named James saw the mannequin was naked, I told him I took it off and I'm buying it. He said "you cannot buy it and they cannot sell it" because it's their display. He insist it's their H&M policy. I never heard this poor policy where customer wanted to buy the merchandise and cannot sell. Retailers put merch on the mannequin to inspire customers to buy, but this H&M has a very poor policy. Then this Asst. Manager who is rude and cannot do anything. I asked him what if I didn't say I was the one who took the suit out and I just went and paid for it, that means he couldn't do anything then because it's already been paid. My point is "as a Manager", a manager has the ability to make things right esp I already have the suit in my hand and ready to pay for it. All he needs to do is replace with a different size to put on the mannequin. But no he insist it their policy. He couldn't give his Store Manager contact nor his last name. Just very poor customer service and very poor leadership in this store. What I don't get is a customer is giving them business but they refused. What a shame. That manager could have done something to make the experience right but he does not care. This means H&M does not care with their customers and 100% doesn't know how to drive business. 0 rating out of 10.

I’m an avid H&M shopper and I must say that this store is at the top of my favorites list. The store is very clean and organized and the selection was amazing. The cashier was very friendly, and the checkout time was very short.
