We bought a duplex and a trailer house to use as rentals from Ison Realty and Shane. Both transactions were challenging. Shane worked very hard for us and closed on time. We have also had close ties with Shane and his property management. We will definitely continue working with Shane and recommending him to others.

I have used Ison Realty for over 20 years. I have purchased three homes and am currently selling one of them. Shane Ison has been there with me every step of the way helping with suggestions on how to get the house ready to sell. My mom and brother have also utilized Shane to assist with their real estate needs. I would highly recommend Ison Realty.

Renters be ware: Shane is very unprofessional, does not return calls, repairs do not get completed, promises are not fulfilled. Don’t rent from this company. When you move out he does return your deposit. Moved out on June 15th no deposit 7-11-2024.

My wife and I have spent a little over a year causally window shopping at homes and getting more familiar with what was going on with the market. During our seach we would send properties we thought might fit us to Shane to get more info as well as his opinion. Shane has an immense knowledge of all the towns, neighborhoods, community activities, as well as knowledge regarding future developments in the areas and really helped to narrow down what we were looking for, and more importantly, gave us the tools to make an informed decision for us as a family.
We just closed on a home with Shane, as first-time home buyers, and the process couldn't have been more streamlined or stress-free. Shane was able to give us any and all information and documentation at almost every hour of the day and took the time to explain the what and why every step of the way. Shane's no messing around but gentle approach throughout our process really made our process approachable but packed full of all of the information and tools we needed and we couldn't be more thankful.
Shane is hands down the agent you want in your corner and I can't sing his praises enough.

I moved to the area about eight months ago. I was anxious and unsure. Shane stepped in and made my transition easier. He is kind, honest, and willing to help. He goes over and beyond to ensure that his tenants are happy and get what they need. I am happy to have Shane and his team on my side.

After using one property manager for six years that started out good but ended up costing me thousands of dollars and telling me that they were doing work that they clearly were not doing, I switched to Ison Realty. From the minute Shane picked up the phone, my rental challenges began to subside.Within days, Ison had assessed the duplex, identified what needed to be fixed, got the items fixed, and had the units rented within a few days (not months). While COVID made renting and surviving extremely hard on both owners and tenants, Ison still created positive outcomes for all parties. In one instance, a long term renter who continually failed to pay rent was finally removed from the property, and Ison had the unit cleaned and rented within two weeks! Sadly, there were bed bug issues in the unit, so Ison completely took care of the tenants, let them out of the lease, got the apartment cleaned up, and got it re-rented as quickly as possible. Ison maintained regular communications with me, and worked hard to make the rental work for both the tenants and me, the owner.My only regret is having waited far too long to fire the old property managers and bring Ison in. Ison Realty is a great property management company, and I am grateful for them!

Shane has been our property manager for over 2 years, and we are so grateful for him. He is very easy to work with and genuinely cares about tenants. I haven't had any experience with him being difficult to get a hold of in the least, in fact, he's always been quite punctual. He's very personable and we trust and respect him greatly-I highly recommend renting with him if given the chance!

Shane helped me sell a property that was very dear to my heart. He was very informative and encouraging every step of the way, he put all options an scenarios on the table to help me make the best decisions for myself. Shane is not a salesman, he should be a motivational coach! I would highly recommend him.
