Took our Civic here a couple of days ago to get the oil changed before our road trip. Jiffy Lube didn’t replace our skid plate correctly, so we ended up dragging the metal plate in the middle of nowhere. It’s unsalvageable, so now we have to pay for a new one.

Came in today for inspection. Jason looked at my car. Jason was very thorough inside and out. Looked at every nook and cranny. Recommend that I was short on oil so a top off was performed on my vehicle. I highly recommend Jason again because he’s professional and very friendly.

Sir JAYSON is The staff here was incredibly helpful and transparent about what my vehicle needed. It had been a bit since I'd gotten an oil change & they were quick to address any issues I had.will recommend this particular location

This guy Jay helped me out today.he greeted me with a smile and confidence. They were pretty busy but you can see that they are very hardworking staff even with this heat this guy's are busting their ass off.

I recently visited jiffy lube for an oil change, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Especially jayson. He explained everything they were doing and made sure I understood the benefits of the oil change.

My first time at Jiffy Lube today. I got a warning light that my oil was low about a week ago. and I needed to drive down to Tacoma tomorrow, unable to make it down to my dealership due to time constraints and having to setup and appointment prior I wasn’t able to go. So I decided to stop into Jiffy Lube. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and get me in and out in way less time than I would have spent at the dealership! Date: July 25th
Time: 5:00pm incredible staff and need recognition!

George and the team at this location are awesome. It's usually busy but worth the wait. I've never had a complaint with their work. I recently had them change my spark plugs and they showed me how my gaskets were bad and causing an oil leak.

Do not use this shop!!! Took my Truck in to get oil change they forgot to tighten the differential plug. Lost all differential fluid driving down freeway. This caused the differential to lock up and now a year later after having numerous conversations with previous store manager and having them and their associates acknowledge that there was something wrong with the transfer case due to their negligence. They told me to kick rocks, so I’m on the hook for thousands of dollars and repair bills due to their lack of integrity and standing behind their mistakes.
