If I could give 10 stars I would I was so frustrated after calling corporate and having a long wait time so I decided to call a local office I first spoke to Bella who was extremely helpful and then Rebecca who handled all of my issues for me and did an amazing job. The staff at this location are very helpful. The only thing is I see 4 people in the building, but they have no adjusters locally. For the Kitsap area I had adjusters from Texas and and Arizona and everywhere else but not locally here or in Washington state.
