The staff at this location are very helpful. The only thing is I see 4 people in the building, but they have no adjusters locally. For the Kitsap area I had adjusters from Texas and and Arizona and everywhere else but not locally here or in Washington state.

Very bad company. They've been fooling my head for more than two months. No progress. This office allegedly has no powers at all. Loss of time. Stay away from them.Why provide a non-work email address?

I went there with a friend because my friend got an insurance for 232$ I said it’s cheaper so I tried to get there insurance as well but they run my credit they said they’ll charge me 366$ ever my friend didn’t really have a credit score

I tried a quote from Geico online and this office called me up after few days. The quote was decent. They asked me a lot of paperwork for discounts like certificates but when i asked them to start the insurance, they mentioned now the rate is $200 higher.

Absolutely the worst insurance agent I've ever dealt with. Shortly before my homeowners policy came up for renewal I adopted a dog from my local Humane Society, so I informed Kevin's office of the dog so "animal liability" would be added. The lady at the office said basically "no problem" it would be an additional $27 per year,the company Stillwater (AKA Gieco) sent me a new renewal offer which added on $890. but didn't put the dog on the policy. $27 became $890 without adding what I asked about. When I call the phone # listed the call goes into a labyrinth of automated crap that does not lead to Kevin Krieger. The end result? I have 6 renewal offers with 5 different prices none of which added my dog to the policy and have never spoken to Kevin Krieger. To be fair a lady named Becca has tried and tried unsuccessfully to straighten this out, but so far no luck. If you need insurance go somewhere where you can actually sit face to face with the agent and if you hear the name "Stillwater" get up and leave--fast.

We recently moved our car insurance through this Geico office. The car insurance switch went easily and I was happy with their service. When my homeowners insurance renewal date came, I opted to also move it. I was given pricing and gave them an effective date to start. When I received a copy of the policy I found major errors in the details of our home, from number of bathrooms, square footage, house siding, flooring type etc. I called Geico and the Rep apologized and said she didn’t know how that happened but she would need to correct it and re-quote it. They called the next day with the higher priced quote. I asked her to have the owner of the agency call me .She said she didn’t know when he would be back in the office. That was December 9th— no call. I am now dealing with the mess of trying to get the refund for the first policy that was canceled so I can get it back into my mortgage .escrow account. Wishing we would have just stayed with our prior insurance company.

GEICO is the way to go! I came home from vacation to find a blown water heater and farmers dropped us like a hot rock! GEICO sticks with us thru thick and thin! Which is what I (PAY)for. Yah call around, and when your tired of computer talk, call GEICO!

Won't even waste my time explaining. Worst interaction with a company employee, at any level, EVER.Update: more details...I'll humor the response to my review with more detais.I was trying to get car insurance after being a loyal customer for 7 years. Summary: a paper application is needed? Get real. So....I called another company and the global insurance information system shows a Geico claim pending (incorrec tinformation). Geico claims departmemt says is closed. Geico sales is not even in their system as it was not-at-fault. I'm in between uninsured.And then I got extremely "lucky" with a super "useful" agent who just told me I was uninsurable and stop wasting his time. So I did.

Went in to make a minor change to my policy. Employee told me I could use their phone to call customer service. WOW! I get to be on hold in your office... No thanks. Why even have an office?

Keep an eye on them! Once my policy was up for review they raise my insurance by $420 I was on auto pay so I would not have caught this if I wasn't checking my spam folder the reason they gave me for the increase was my son being a new driver when he was already a part of the plan previously so I saved my money and transferred my insurance to State Farm

Our Geico agent has always been extremely helpful to us whenever we've needed them. It was not that often but still was very helpful to us. I would definitely recommend them to others!

A Geico customer rear ended my car and his word was against my word and he said that he didn’t rear end me even though I have damage on my bumper and Geico says they believe what their customer says and not what the person he hit says. They believe their lying customer so they don’t have to pay. He even told me he was sorry he hit me. Unbelievable. Be sure to call the cops or get other people who are there, their statements.

Just want to give a shout out to Geico of Silverdale and customer service. I have been with this company for years and they never disappoint. Recently my car broke down in my parking spot downtown close to my work and I was unfortunately stranded. They worked quickly to get a tow for me and helped me out so much . I appreciate thier great customer service. Thanks Geico??
