I was very impressed by Jonathan the lead teller. He remembered who I was from my previous visit as well as my reason for visiting the bank. Jonathan deserves accolades for his excellent customer service. Keep up the great work

This location is always prompt, accurate, and helpful. The employees are kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I feel safe entrusting them with my finances. I have been a long time customer and will continue to be!

Too small, too few employees ( only 2!!) they don't seem to care that people are always waiting...and they very often DO NOT answer the phone, the main phone number....during business hours! I've never experienced that at any other bank. They need to HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!! Also Key Bank itself(the 1-800 number)is extremely SLOW, and they don't do what they say they're going to do....they definitely need more training for their employees to interact with customers!!

They very often don't answer the phones during business hours....very frustrating!! Jessi, one of the bankers, is exceptionally nice and extremely competent. They need more help however, as sometimes there's quite a wait because they only have one teller. VERY small bank.

Let it be known this bank and location is the best for personal and business accounts. They will find a solution for any problem. Customer service is top notch . Best bankers in the county

Extremely understaffed. Every time I’ve gone in there, no greets me, there are no tellers and I have no clue how long I will be waiting to be served. Had to leave several times before getting to talk to anyone due to the wait

I have been having a horrible experience with this bank. I brought down a $100,000 Canadian cashier's check. On line, I read that with the top 5 banks in Canada, it should only take two business days to access the money. I brought the check in about six eeks ago. The teller said with international checks it could take at least 25 days and she'd call me. That was last week. Needless to say, I'm exploring other options

We did our HELOC through the Silverdale branch and it was very efficient and informative. The manager took a lot of time with us, answered all of our many, many questions, and was very professional. It's a few years later now, and even though we bank elsewhere, we went back to this Silverdale branch to do another HELOC after our refi. Would recommend to anyone.

I have been having extreme frustration with WA DOL concerning title transfer of a vehicle from settlement of my parents estate after the both passed away. ALL of the members of Keybank have been extremely helpful and empathetic toward my situation. I have no idea what kind of financial institution Keybank is, but I can say with the utmost certainty if you want excellent customer service, this is the place to go. A very special thanks to Mr. Primus for going above my expectations. He is a credit to his profession.
