First visit to the new store. Came in only to look, left with a new chair on order! Was greeted by
Kharlos, a most personable young man, enjoyed his charisma ☺️. Needless to say, he accomplished his mission…with no pressure. I have a number of La-Z-Boy pieces in my home.

We had a very good experience working with the staff of La-Z-Boy Silverdale, primarily Kharlos & Connie. We appreciated their knowledge, expertise, patience & willingness to spend lots of time answering our many questions, as we had several options to consider.
A+ for their customer service & professionalism. Of course, we are very much looking forward to the arrival of our new furniture in a few weeks....we are expecting to enjoy it for many years to come!

I found the perfect chair at La-Z-Boy in Silverdale, WA. It had Down filling, and the plushy feel that I had been searching for for months. I asked the salesman if the filling of the sample chair was standard or if I needed to upgrade. He assured me it was standard. Unfortunately, the chair that was delivered is not the same chair that I thought I was buying. They look pretty, but it just doesn’t have the same comfort level that I searched for for so long. I’m very disappointed.

Great showroom. Would have ordered more furniture, but some delivery was outside our deadline window. Which we understood. Reace was helpful in placing our order. Will definitely consider additional furnishings from La-z-boy in the future.

I have had my couch now for about 3 months. I have 2 boys under 5 and a cat who have thoroughly loved the couch and it still looks nearly brand new. It has held up well to bouncing, the occasional cat scratch, and accidental drink spills of coffee and apple juice. Aside from the amazing quality of the couch, the delivery service the company provided was timely, professional, and quick. I will only ever buy and use La-Z-Boy for my furniture from now on. Great products, great service.
