Kudos to Kenzie and Mandi for making a hectic day at LabCorp calm. I appreciate their customer service and efficient blood draws.

They laid off their reception staff and left a machine at the front that reads insurance cards, it misread my insurance card and it took 10 minutes to enter in the correct insurance number because the touch screen was not calibrated properly and I am still not sure if I entered my data in properly. The staff saw me struggling but no one helped me during this process because they were hired to do other things! The phlebotomist was nice and very skilled so they do have that going for them.

I visited the Silverdale office and had an unexpectedly pleasant experience. When I arrived, there were three people in line ahead of me. The automated check in process was simple and my wait time was only about 20 minutes. The gal who drew blood did a painless and efficient job while also accommodating my children in the office.

Kenzie was fantastic, got me in and out in under 10 minutes. The office was clean and efficient and she was the hero of my day!

The fact that I can't send an email with my orders is actually ridiculous. Like I want my blood drawn. 2025. I can see why it's a 2.6 rating.

Poor knowledge of what’s going on, hours listed isn’t the correct hours of what’s being told in the office, misguided information on scheduling , overall understaffed and they don’t know what is going on.

I was the only one in the waiting room. Then my name mysteriously was removed from the checked in list. And then 4 people came in after me. Checked in and then I had to re sign in and was put at the bottom.
Waited an extra hour longer than I needed to

The woman at the front desk was so aggressively unhelpful. And unwilling to answer my questions. I was sent there by my employer with a registration number for a drug test - they changed their policy on walk ins and are now appointment only. She wouldn’t help me make an appointment after she informed me of that. Said she was swamped and I could do it online myself. I asked her for help navigating the website because the appointment scheduling software was confusing and she again wouldn’t even give me a little guidance. Bad bad bad service.

Walk ins not accepted. Appointment only despite what their website and phone tree say. Appointments are a week out as of this review.

Was a little dismayed to see 7-8 people already waiting in their small office. Fortunately, the wait was not very long, only about 20 mins as a walk in. The actual blood draw itself was phenomenal. I had the fortune of being seen by a tatted-up legend who treated me to the fastest and most painless blood draw I've ever experienced. I am tricky patient, with tricky veins, and they handled it with ease. Front desk staff was also kind and helpful.

The African lady is demanding, rude, aggressive, and a challenge to be around. I did not get her name, nor do I care to know her, I hope only that she will learn how to work with the public. My visit could have gone better if she had someone in the office who could greet people and explain the check in procedure. My visit could have gone better if she had explained she was alone without assistance. She did not know how to address me politely. She ordered me around when her job was to help me. She may be good at other aspects of her job but dealing with the public is not her strong suit. She denied me to have my blood drawn because she wasn’t willing to deal with a person who did not approve of her lack of tack. I gladly left.

I called the number to schedule an appointment and to ask questions about requirements for glucose testing. Their phone line option for appointments was completely automated, telling you to walk in or book online and would not allow a message to be left. I scheduled an appointment as it allowed me to online for 11:15am for the 3-hr glucose test for preganancy. I arrived at 11 and waited 20 minutes to be told that my test interferes with their lunch and I would have to reschedule. I took part time off work and could not wait till after 1pm. As a cutosy for the lacking of their systems they could have accomadated me to spend a few minutes of lunch to draw blood. Nothing on their website indicated what I scheduled would be an issue and there was no information telling me I was supposed to fast 12 hrs. And although the tone was nice, I get argued with how you can leave messages and someone would have called me back. Why didn't they call when they saw the glucose scheduled and it interfered with their schedule?

The check-in process was smooth. As someone who has had terrible experiences with blood draws, the technician here who took my blood was very helpful and made the process painless for me which I really appreciated. They are doing good work here

Frances at the front desk was incredibly friendly and a pleasure to work with. Sophie did an outstanding job with my lab work. I barely felt a thing! I highly recommend this place for anyone in need of great service and care.

I got there around 7:45 am and was in and out quickly. I get why some may be frustrated with the seating it’s a smaller area but it seemed everyone else who was there got in and out quickly making seats open up fast. Amy was the one who took my blood and she was amazing. I’ve passed out during blood draws before and I became really nervous about needles and this was the least painful and easiest blood draw I’ve ever had. What a wonderful and healing experience. I would absolutely recommend them.
