Oh ya, they earned their two stars! Saw several employees just standing around with one register and a long line. I finally found an open register, gave the employee the item I selected, and they wouldn’t sell it to me. She said the tag was wrong. She offered no help just said “sorry” and asked me to put it back where I found it. Unbelievable customer service!!! Absolutely pathetic! How are they still in business?? I included a pic of a map so you can avoid Macys and find a better store….. JC Pennies for example!!

Yesterday was my sons 13th birthday, he wanted to get some Cologne for his birthday gift from Macy's so while we were looking at all the different Cologne a lady came up to us asking if we wanted some help and of course we said yes. At first she was a little, just a little polite with us and later when we were smelling the 4th or 5th Cologne she started to huff and puff like we were wasting her time and made us feel rushed and uncomfortable. Especially my 13 year old son. He wanted to keep looking and smelling the Cologne but again he felt rushed and now the $150 Cologne I bought for his birthday gift he really doesn't like it because he felt rushed. Plus on top of that the lady was just a few minutes from getting off work so I think that's the reason why she was acting like that. That is unprofessional. The Customer service that lady provided us really SUCkED!!

Only time I shop there is after Christmas clearance. Nice clean store, not really as busy I'd expect right after Christmas. The associates were friendly enough but seems like quality of merchandise has gone down as the prices went up... Just my opinion.

I try to shop locally but the lack of staffing in this store is a constant irritation. Today I waited 15 minutes in line to check out. . I get it. It's a busy shopping season. But when my turn came up, the salesperson left! It's as if they are pushing us to Amazon

The most horrible shopping experience in my life A short haired lady named Cathy asked me if I was ready to check out after looking at 1 item and I was not even 10 foot in the door from entering for the first time. The same lady followed me around the ENTIRE store and would ask me if I was ready to pay any time I picked up an item, my last straw was when I sat the items I wanted down to look at a toy Cathy immediately walked over and picked up my items and tried to take them, at this point I lost my cool and blew up on this lady. It was the most embarrassing, degrading feeling I've ever had! I will tell anyone I can to stay clear of Macy's!!

I needed a nice dress shirt for the navy ball. As usual Macy's failed to deliver. Shoes, again failed. Tie? Yes.....but for $75!! Belt?$50!! Customer service? Nope had to walk around to find someone to pay for my stuff. Not impressed with Macy's anymore

Went into macys with my wife and kids this evening and was racially profiled immediately. We walk in head straight to customer service desk where we were rudely greeted by Donna(one of the store managers) we asked about a pickup of ours and while chewing her gum Obnoxiously loud, she acted as if she could care less about what we needed . So we proceeded to the Parfum gallery to find someone else who can help us. We got our situation figured out and we're leaving, as we are headed out my wife was stopped by security claiming Donna seen her put jewelry in her purse. At this point we noticed Donna keeping a close eye on us from the jump, she called security on us as soon as we left her site. He checked her purse nothing was there.Donna was extremely rude even after she knew she was wrong. Was very embarrassed and upset about the situation she put my children through. She even insisted that she'll call the cops saying I was harassing her. I'm glad I started recording
