Geton answered my questions.about why my.phone.has been so slow by demonstrating the routine app and website exit procedures I need to use to keep my phone functioning quickly and safe from intrusion.
In addition, Geton investigated to see.if Metro PCS has a payment plan better suited and less.expensive for me; I appreciate her locating a lower monthly payment for.me.

My husband and I went in to upgrade our phone but they were out of stock if the Samsung phone, so we ended up getting the LG Q7 (only because I didn't want to wait for the next shipment,lol). However, the manager was very knowledgeable and helpful with the products and any questions we had, and patient with us, too. We will definitely be returning customers the next time we decide to do another phone upgrade so long as the customer service continues it's great service! :-) Keep up the good job guys.
