Midas did a awesome job with our vehicle. It broke down in near Silverdale and we live in Spokane. We had it towed and they fixed it up. They were accommodating in keeping our car in their shop. Until we picked it up.

Midas in Silverdale is very honest, they did not over sell products. Recommended only what was needed for my subaru. The team is always friendly and helpful.

Have been taking my vehicles to this place for maintenance for years and they are the only place i trust. As a female sadly ive had many negative experiences with automotive repair places trying to scam me into doing things and paying for things i dont need. This place has ALWAYS been honest, up front and has even saved me money a few times. Steve is a very personable honest guy who runs a real good crew and i will continue taking my vehicles here and recommending others do as well for at least as long as he runs this place.

Not great.
Brought in for multiple services and inspection. Was told car is fine but needs 2 new wheel studs. They must have broke off when they were trying to remove my wheels.
Ended up with an oil change, tire rotation and two new studs for $500.
Still have dirty brake fluid that has never been serviced. I am still chasing a leak I hoped they would have taken some time to find. They did charge me for a suspension check and told me I needed new lower control arm bushings and that's it other than that it's a good car.
Manager put on paperwork I declined the maintenance work. Not true. You just sold me what you wanted to. I was told the maintenances were not necessary.
I imagine my ticket was almost pure profit. Congrats I hope corporate gives you a gold star.

I had new brakes installed at Midas , and immediately there was grinding and screeching sounds coming from my brakes . So I brought my car back in and they said there wasn’t a problem which was false. I took it in again to get it fixed and they claimed they fixed it. I took my car into another shop and they took photos showing that Midas installed my brakes wrong . The fact I went in multiple times after the initial install to tell them there was a problem and they still couldn’t fix it says a lot . I wouldn’t recommend going there.
