Michelle sucks!!!! She’s been working for money tree for 23 yrs and it’s very clear that she hates her job.Throughout our interaction she made sure to tell me how this is not her first rodeo and she knows what shes doing. It came across as a weird power flex. Watching her interaction with other customers she had the same attitude. Almost like she was trying to prove to herself that she mattered.Definitely won’t be going back here.

Had an awful experience with an older lady. Once she found out I'm disabled immediately started making comments and made the process completely unpleasant. Then kept making remarks about me coming in 25 mins before closing. Very unprofessional.

I had an annoying situation where a check was mistakenly deposited into an old, inactive account. I was on the phone for hours with NetSpend to no avail. I went into this store to see if they could help and I had Lynnette. She listened, understood and was quick to come up solutions. Sadly NetSpend was being difficult and it took almost an hour to resolve but the whole time Lynnette was So patient, kind and knowledgeable. I even went out the store hours but she kept calm and didn't make me feel like a bother, she was empathetic and wanted it fixed for me. On top of it, I have a severely autistic son who was antsy. He was loudly humming and skipping around, they Never gave him a weird look or rolled eyes. Lynnette is very rare in customer service nowadays and deserves high praise for her composure and knowledge.

Lynette I believe the witches name was.. I have been trying to escape domestic violence and I have been in hiding I however tried to provide address proof but was shunned because I was a victim I told her how my car had been vandilized and I had been trying to escape domestic abuse as is why I need the loan, she coldly refused to look at my proof and basically said have fun getting beat.. money tree promotes domestic violence. Not sure if it's cause I had face tattoos or she just hates women in general but she basically put me out in the cold with out any regard or respect further more humiliating me in front of customers, refused to give me her name pretending I was not there and then shut the lights off on me while I was asking for her info..thanks Lynette way to be a hero.hope you don't have to go thru what I went thru..

Nicest employees ever! I have said for years now that, if they were a bank I would totally bank with them. They are always friendly and very helpful and call me by my name as I walk in the door.

Have used Silverdale Moneytree for years for emergency short term needs for my graduate level college student son. All those years, Christina has been a comfort-creating presence behind that glass well. She has been there when I was driver for a neighbor who speaks little, and understands even less, English. There stands Christina on every occasion, smiling greeting us in Spanish and English, patiently listening to this Spanish-speaking client, waiting while I filled out the woman's check in English and then passing it to my neighbor for finalizing. Christina has never failed to acknowledge my entrance with a wave or nod if she is engaged with another customer. There is a definite sense of empathy in this employee's demeanor as well as seeing her job as a career and not just a 'job'. This means a lot to me.
