“Apparently, they are having phone issues. They called me back after I sent a web message. Thank you.
The unit has a code that gets changed often enough that the one I use is invalid. At such time I have to call to get the new one. Unfortunately, every time I call, it goes through the menu - press 1/2 for current customer, press 1/2 to speak with manager. When I press 2 to speak with a manager, it hangs up on me. Every time I have called ( at least 6 times) from different phone numbers.... and it isn't only at Waaga Way - I also tried to get ahold of the Fairgrounds location and it hung up on me as well. What's going on over there? If you're going to change the code, at least make it easy to retrieve. I'm very frustrated.”
“Pacific Storage has been absolutely wonderful! The staff here are some of the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve ever met. Diane, in particular, went above and beyond for us — always checking in, following up, and making sure everything was taken care of (even when my mom couldn’t quite get the storage unit locked correctly). She never made us feel like a bother and was so patient and proactive.
Every time we stopped by, the whole team was welcoming and ready to help with whatever we needed. It’s rare to find a business that combines great service with genuinely kind people, but Pacific Storage nails it.

Our quote process with Tasha was so fast in person, and no spam calls from competing companies were involved. Our driver Shane was amazing; thorough, swift, a total pro. He was in charge of our items from pickup to delivery - which only took 4 days across the continental USA. I thought about giving 4 stars because I can’t recommend their packing service beyond the absolute essentials (screens, PCs) but the rest of the service was so impeccable it frankly overcompensated. Compared to all the crappy moves we’ve had, these guys were a gift. Extremely pleased with our experience!”

“Super easy to get started. I did all the setup via my cell phone including getting access to the Bluetooth lock for my unit. I am retired military and have used tons of storage lockers in my life. By far the easiest and cleanest setup and use of technology. Sharing access is a breeze through the app. Zero complaints. Thank you for being amazing.”
