Employees are extremely nice, accommodating, super friendly, and offer great service. They love to say hi to dogs, spoil them with treat samples, and help with any questions. The store specializes in healthy pet food and supplements made with natural ingredients. They carry a huge selection of curated, specialty, and unique food, supplies, toys, and treats that you don't get at big box stores. This includes a wide selection of bulk dog treats, delicious chewable things, clay and natural cat litter, and exclusive products found only at Mud Bay. They are very knowledgeable and can help find the right treats, food, or accessories. For those needing to try different foods, they offer free dog food toppers and a sample limit for wet foods. The products are great, the toys are cute, and they are pretty decently priced. It is a good experience for pets and their owners.
