Always helpful, normally has plenty of tellers so the line moves pretty quickly. Making transition is a quick process and the people are friendly.

Staff is really nice, and it's in a great location. I've been told numerous times though by the staff, and by Navy Federal customer service at their ATMs allow you to withdraw using the tap feature. Since my card is damaged and beyond use I try to use tap to make my payments. And I hate getting a new car because I always miss a couple auto payments that end up bouncing and giving me extra fees. But none of these ATMs allow you to use the tap feature no matter how many times I have been told that they do, I can even see the tap feature on the ATM but none of them are ever activated. Why have a feature if you're not going to let it be used? The bank also doesn't allow you to bring in loose change if you've got a bunch of it. (I had 2 5gl buckets of change). I was told that I need to have it in rolls. I assume they're just going to break open anyways and count it again which seems pointless and the waist of everybody's time, and money cuz then I got to pay for rolls. I refuse to use a coinstar cuz they charge you a ridiculous amount so I guess I'll just continue hoarding my change.

Normally would've recommended Navy Federal to anyone. Now, when the economy is down, need help, nope. Not willing to help or work with you. They had no problem when the money was flowing in. Just a normal bank. No personal service. I will ensure military, veteran or family member I meet will know to switch to another Credit Union as soon as possible. Let's help a local Credit Union that wants to help you succeed instead of just a last resort because you joined the military.

Your Branch smells like unsanitary people who have not taken a shower on a hot day.. You know that sour milk smell. It’s awful. Even the two people at the front desk apologized for the rank smell and said that there’s nothing corporate will do about it and they’ve known about it for a long time.

Normally I've had great service when I've visited this branch before. But the teller I got today was very inconsiderate. I usually avoid using a teller cause I can't stand for too long because of my disability. But I waited in line for 10 min cause I had rolled change and couldn't use the ATM. A couple of my penny rolls were off by 2 cents and I had to move them around. The teller told me I would need to get back in line. Really. I'm doing your job, and you want me to get back in line and wait longer for $1.00 cause you don't have a good system for checking rolled change. I left pissed. It will be the last time I use teller service for rolled change at that bank. It's definitely the worst customer service I've ever had at that Silverdale location.

Excellent service. Now that Covid restrictions have lifted the wait times are less and last time we were in and out in less than 15 min. We always come here first to get a car loan because very often they have better rates. But beware of their Mortgage service as I have not heard any good things. Customer service from the tellers is also excellent, and they will take time to explain the process to my kids when they make transactions.
