“I give the service I received today a 5 star. Ken was kind and knowledgeable and even though his location didn’t have what I needed he set me up with another store. He could have told me to call the other store myself but he didn’t. Great customer service is harder to find nowadays so it was nice to experience it today.”

“The Silverdale store manager, Chelsea, was incredibly helpful. I had to touch up stain and paint on a home. I was unfamiliar with the process, Chelsea took the time to help me and then find the correct product. Chelsea made me a seemingly perfect color match. I am so pleased by her level of service. Thank you Chelsea!”

“We were just there to buy paint for the first time and coming from having a couple bad experiences at Lowe’s, we were desperate to find the perfect match for our walls that we’ve been having trouble with. Alex helped us out and he was definitely knowledgeable in his role and what I appreciated the most was that he brought out a piece of the wall we brought in to have it color matched and he asked us where we thought the paint he put on it was to make sure it’s a match. Being first time homeowners, we really appreciated the customer service and time he took with us.”
