“Yesterday was our second time at the Silverdale store and I have to say that both times were great. Jerry helped us yesterday and we can't say enough nice things about him. He explained everything he was going to do to pack our items safely. Cost was better than USPS and FedEx did all the packing. I wish we could remember the lady's name that helped us the first time there as she was just as helpful. Plan on another trip to this store today to ship a few more items.”
“The store had me call customer service, and I could barely understand the man or lady. Frustrating, to say the least. So after having her repeat several words, she got my problem handled. Not the worst, not the best!”

“Went in for a passport photo on a Sunday. The young woman working was alone in the store … she multi tasked and handled multiple customers better than anyone I’ve seen in soooooo long. I became the most patient person when in reality I’m not, because she exhibited qualities you don’t normally see. Hats off to the normal Sunday employee, I’m sorry I didn’t get your name you deserve stellar recognition. Thank you for showing myself and others that great customer service is still a possibility these days. She deserves. A raise especially being a young mom!!”
