I pay $394/mo for the convenience of a drive up unit that is blocked by a vehicle about 40% of the time I go to my unit to drop/pick something up. Requests for reasonable solutions have gone unaddressed. There no contactless app to open/close gate (it's manual entry only both going in and coming out). You cannot select your own PIN to get in/out, it's assigned for you. Very clean, but so many inconveniences warrant a 3* review.

I've had my items stored here for almost 2 years. Never an issue with security. Multiple cameras and personalized codes. Carts and elevators for convenience. Bathroom on site when you're moving things for hours.

Called for pricing and units available. Spoke with Danielle and she was beyond helpful. She answered all of my questions and was more than kind. I will definitely come back and rent a space from her.

Being that it’s a pretty new facility, the storage units themselves are pretty nice. BUT I have been coming here for 6 months and there has been nasty brown sticky stuff (looks like someone had food on their fingers and touched the key pads) all over the buttons on the keypads for the gate, and the keypads for the units them selves. It’s been the same gunk on there, which only tells me that in SIX MONTHS they haven’t cleaned the keypads that at least dozens of people touch on a daily basis. I have to use a glove or something every time I come. I even took the liberty of doing their job and cleaning one with some Clorox wipes I had in my unit. So disgusting. They’re so quick to come out and tell you what you’re doing wrong when you’re there accessing your unit, so obviously they have a lot of time on their hands. Maybe they should consider spending it doing something more constructive?

Working on 1st month, and so far, so good. Took advantage of the 3 month deal (1/2 off the next few months after the 1st) in-person & access hours make storage access easily available. Setup was easy, and I was given a map, my codes, storage unit# and easy directions! Centrally located, and the 2 perks I’ve noticed so far: flat bed push carts available for easy moving & truck available for use in the 1st 2 weeks of move in!Clean, new, access doors & codes

Unfortunately I have to write this review based on the last encounter I had with the poor customer service .I was hoping to hear from someone so I didn't have to write a review .I canceled my unit as soon as I arrived since I was greeted with a very rude employee on 4/25/23.I am a repeat customer and have spoke very highly about this place to many people an absolutely loved renting here as a military family we move a lot ..This experience was far from good and will not rent here again with this lady working there her initials are KL I believe . The employee very rudely informed me within minutes of me arriving on the premises that I cannot use the elevator to go to my storage unit on the second floor and that" I needed to drive around that's why she had given me a map in the first place".I am already familiar with the facility I have a handicapped son and I parked in a handicapped space which there is no handicapped parking if I were to drive around it says no parking on the map. I felt it was appropriate to be able to use that entrance near the elevator there were no rules stating I could not. After I was fed up with the employees rudeness and power trip and her story changing multiple times after asking questions about policies .I asked to cancel my unit that I never got to use and I asked for a district managers number an was informed my number would be passed on to the district manager because they do not have a customer care number? I have yet to receive a call about this incident .I have a lot to discuss about what happened in detail .Hope to hear from Someone soon.

My daughter rented a unit for her grandmother. Didn't even get to park the truck and canceled the rental due to bad customer service. Don't know if the attendant was having a bad day but they just lost a repeat military customer. So disappointed in the service hope the "District Manager" receives our request for a call since they do not have a customer service number.

Not even a customer for 2 months... Unit broken into. No security cameras.Claims they did not know about the trail behind their building.Was told not to cut my own lock because I'll ruin the door...pay their guy who has a special tool. My door has not ONE scratch. Lock cut without problem.Unit ransacked. These were priceless sentimental items...not even "I'm sorry, what can we do since our whole business moto fell apart?!"Paid extra for insurance.Company completely negligent Hours spent cleaning up the insulting mess.
