I rate this a one because they are closed! They went bankrupt, sold out many months ago. Like in March (2024) I never even knew they were going under. Sort of a pity. It's getting harder and harder to get hard copies of movies and games. Digital Is nice and convenient, till it isn't.

I don't like using Redbox I had an issue where I returned my movies before the due date and I was charged three times and it made my bank go overdrawn because I said I didn't return my movie but I did and they continue to take money out of my bank account so therefore I will never rent from Redbox again

Tried getting a DVD out of this RedBox. It was malfunctioning. I contacted someone to take the charge off of my card. They never did. I’d like to call it ScamBox. Never using it again.
