Super easy to get started. I did all the setup via my cell phone including getting access to the Bluetooth lock for my unit. I am retired military and have used tons of storage lockers in my life. By far the easiest and cleanest setup and use of technology. Sharing access is a breeze through the app. Zero complaints. Thank you for being amazing.

I am giving this storage company a poor rating because of an episode that occurred on Saturday. I inadvertently left my cell phone in my storage unit. For those of you who use this company know the only way to enter your unit is with your phone. Luckily I was able to use my car to dial the number on the manager door.
The recording stated they would call me back soon. I waited over 30 minutes and no return call.
I went to the manager door and started knocking hoping that the person who lives there would answer.
Luckily she was home and called the owner. She couldn’t do anything as she was on a medical leave with no access to the office.
He tried to over ride it multiple times in order to unlock it. Nothing happened. An hour later I’m leaving without my phone extremely frustrated that a place like this had no failsafe for issues like this. What if I left both my phone and keys?!
If you don’t have a phone you can’t rent from here because you need your phone to gain access to your unit.
I have spoken with several people who couldn’t believe my story.
I took my belongings out of their storage and will store them somewhere else that has an after hours person who actually calls back as well as an onsite person M-F.
I would like to add that Julie who works there is one of the nicest people and extremely helpful.
She is kind and to me, goes the extra mile. Thank you Julie.

I loved this storage facility. It is very clean has great space. We paid twice as much for another storage locker in a nearby location. From what I have seen I highly recommend it.
