Had really good experience at Ridgetop. The staff was super friendly and caring. Our vet was great as well. Glad to have found a great place for my cats.

Wonderful experience having my dog seen by Dr. Garcia. She came up with a great plan of care and was very reassuring! Having a vet you trust means everything I’m so thankful!

Got us the next day, front office staff is welcoming. Vet tech and Vet seemed abrupt and annoyed. Maybe just having a stressful day. Coming back for follow up on a couple weeks. Pup was treated very well! They even got all of his nails trimmed. ?

My wife took our dog in to get his ears looked at - we thought he had ear mites; pretty constant head shaking. They diagnosed him as having a yeast infection. The nurse was amicable and the staff led her through the back door - as Moomba is 145 lbs and does not get along with strange dogs. The actual veterinarian, howsoever, was extremely curt. She was disturbed that we tried to get rid of the problem on our own - and almost shamed us for not coming in sooner for the $400 appointment.I'm glad that Ridgetop saw Moomba on such short notice but I did not think it very professional to shame someone for simply not knowing. It would be the same if someone tried to install their own hardwood floor, gave up, and called me for help. If i showed up and shamed them for trying I probably wouldn't be getting the job.

Very friendly staff, technician and vet. Despite our kitty being irritable and difficult to work with, they were all very accommodating and patient. The only reason my review is not five stars is because we couldn’t get her vaccines due to an error on their part. I totally understand things happen, but that was the main reason for our visit and ultimately had to reschedule to a later date. I will say though, they are compensating our exam fee for that reason so we appreciate that. On top of everything, they are the least expensive vet in the area and we will definitely continue our kitty’s care here for the foreseeable future!

they were so flexible and helpful, kind and caring about all things and especially when it came to my limited funding situation . they really went above and beyond to help me in the most tangible ways they could ,as well as working with paws and offering other resources that may be at my disposal. and all the while I felt comfortable and like I was being treated like a human being, instead of just a broke human being. some people might never have to experience the opposite when it comes to vet care, and I wouldn't wish a hardship on anyone. but If you ever find yourself struggling, being unable to afford to provide vet care for your pets is something that really weighs a person down. so I'm incredibly thankful for organizations like this one and P.A.W.S. , Red Rover, and there are others out there who make it possible for you to still do right by your pets, without having to surrender them (because idk about you, but for me that isn't even an option). yet many have done it either because they didn't know where to find resources to help them, or because for them it was the best option at the time. I can't see myself ever thinking that would be my best choice though! that's just me. I don't want to surrender my pets and they don't want to be surrendered! so thank you Ridgetop Veterinary clinic for being a vet clinic with a whole lot of heart ❤️?!

Ridgetop Animal Hospital was nothing but wonderful to us. We had to make a difficult choice for our older pup and they walked us through all of our options. Would highly recommend because of their caring and compassionate staff.

Great experience overall! My dog got an annual exam and routine vaccines. Wait time from check-in to getting into the room took a while, but everyone was very friendly. I had my toddler with me and she had a stuffy. The vet even did a check up on her stuffed bear, which made her day! The vet tech and vet himself were very patient with my dog, playful and gentle. Thank you!

Dr. Fulcher and the staff at Ridgetop Animal Hospital are fabulous!!! They are compassionate, kind and wonderful to their furry patients. And as a “parent” of a furry companion who considers my dog as an integral part of my family I can’t thank them enough for all the care they have given to her and us over the years!!

I was babysitting a dog whose owners were in Spain and she punctured her eye. Ridgetop got me in ASAP and spent over an 90 minutes with us getting her all squared away for surgery. The vet made all the phone calls to different Optometrist veterinarians and also was in contact with the owners in Spain. I was so impressed! We were even regular clients. They went over and above for this little dog!

They were miraculously able to get my baby (7yrs old) Chihuahua in, same day, for an emergency spay. The procedure was a significantly lower cost than other crookish vets (the emergency room in poulsbo), and all of the staff were warm, welcoming, patient and compassionate. They saved my baby's life

I'd like to start off by saying that in years past, I was mostly pleased with the level care provided to my pets with just a couple of minor concerns. I have no idea what is going on with them right now, but buyer beware. I have gone to Ridgetop Animal Hospital for many years with personal pets and foster pets. I have paid them thousands and thousands of dollars for surgeries, tests, cremations and well-pet visits over any years. BUT, they have been short-staffed for several years now causing a month or more for an office visit. My dog (a Ridgetop established pet) had a large mass on her hind leg and Ridgetop was unable to see her for a month unless I wanted to pay premium for an urgent care visit. Instead, Bayview Veterinary Hospital was able to see her on short notice for a needle biopsy even though my dog was not an established pet. The complete records following that visit were provided to Ridgetop to review to see if they could do the surgery to remove a soft tissue sarcoma. I received a phone call saying they needed a picture. I responded by letting them know the picture + measurements were included in all of her medical records that I had already provided. The receptionist called me to relay a message from the vet that the records indicated a recommendation from Bayview requested a "board certified surgeon". I asked the receptionist to have the vet call me back because the records don't state anywhere about "board certified" and reminded her that Ridgetop has performed several challenging surgeries on my pets previously and I had questions that I wanted to ask. The receptionist then called me back again to say that if I wanted them to do the surgery, then I would need to schedule a consultation to discuss whether or not they could even do the surgery. First available consultation appointment is a little over a month from today. I told the receptionist that, that is NOT what I asked. I asked for the courtesy of a call back from the veterinarian so that I may ask questions of a veterinary professional, not a receptionist. She told me that this is how they do business and to let her know if I wanted to schedule an appointment. IMO, nope, absolutely not. I am appalled at the exceedingly low level of consideration and lack of customer service provided. My pets are clearly nothing more than $$$ to Ridgetop and an inconvenience. Their standard of care has sunk to an all-time low, IMO.
