Particular pharmacy staff are very judgmental and rude. Kevin is fantastic and should be the role model for customer service. I walk away feeling less than human any time I have to deal with one particular staff member. She’s downright rude.

Refused to take an identification card from a Washington state federally recognized tribe as a form of I.D. This card can be used to board planes, buy alcohol, gamble, enter Canada, and is recognized as washington state ID. Educate your people and do better. Every time I go here the staff is rude and uneducated. I immediately came home and started looking to get my prescriptions transfered elsewhere. I have not had a good experience at this Rite Aid.

One of the best pharmacies I've been to. The pharmacy crew is very sweet and understanding and tries to refill your meds as soon as possible. They will also take the extra time to inform me on where my meds are in the process of refilling and keep me updated when I need a refill or change to my prescription when needed. The Bremerton Rite Aid and Walgreens did NOT do this, which I feel is just the bare minimum for working in a medical business. Thanks for being awesome guys!

Always friendly and helpful. I'm happy with the store and pharmacy hours. I'm very thankful they are in my hometown.

Absolutely terrible service. Rude workers every single time I’ve gone as well as called. Incorrect multiple times on how much prescriptions I was given. Worst pharmacy experiences I’ve had as a type one diabetic.

At the pharmacy on weekends they take your copay even when you've met your insurance yearly deductible, good luck getting it back. Unfortunately some r as high as $30. It's wrong Rite Aid! I'm going back to mail order for my medications at least I don't get ripped off.

The gal on the phone lacked serious customer service skills. She was short and rude. Completely unhelpful, which would have saved everyone time in the end.

The worst customer service in the pharmacy. they are incredibly rude on the phone. When you call they act like you are a bother and they are short and hang up without saying goodbye or thank you. I have been a customer for almost 15 years. The staff at the poulsbo store were amazing. Since I transferred to silverdale I have had nothing but bad experiences. I hate to even call and talk to someone because they are so curt and short. I have to call because I have a scheduled prescription that is kept in their system they act like I am a drug seeker or some low life even though I have never presented myself in that way. I'm taking my business elsewhere. sorry you hate your job and have to work rite aid pharmacy staff but I have worked customer service for many years and now I take care of cancer patients. Cheer up people it could be worse at least you are employed I'm blown away by the rudeness of the silverdale pharmacy staff by the way I give them zero stars but I had to select one to post

Went in here this afternoon to look at some make up, while my kids were getting their nails done down the road. They where out of the initial items I wanted, so I was looking at new items and undecided. Instead of asking if I needed help or speaking to me. The employee here decided I apparently look suspicious lol and basically stood in the aisle I was in and followed me everywhere. Not only was it uncomfortable as hell, it was highly offensive. Not sure what would give anyone the impression that I would be trying to steal. Which is what was clearly being implied here lol. But I won’t be returning because that’s just garbage customer service. & I honestly wish I would have spent my money elsewhere, you know, where I’m not treated like a dirt bag by a minimum wage employee.

Reasonably painless experience getting my prescription filled.

Every time I tried to get a vaccination at the Silverdale Rite Aid pharmacy, the employees looked at my file, chuckled amongst themselves, then yelled at me to go to the free clinic. I hope that store gets closed and they find themselves unemployed.

I just wanted to ask if there was a record of one of my medications here because I recently made the switch from Walgreens. I misspoke, and the person in the pharmacy hung up on me before I could correct myself. I called again and tried to get through the information as quickly as I could, but the person still seemed irked to have to talk to me. I'm autistic and have had bad experiences with medical professionals, so it's already scary for me to call about prescriptions. I promise, you won't have to deal with my clearly annoying questions again.

The bad staff must be gone, or at least my experience is different. I find the pharmacy techs to be very nice and helpful and the clerks are generally pleasant. When minimal interaction is expected there's not much that can be bad, but having a friendly face and doing what needs to be done to answer questions or fix errors is the best service one can give. I hope the pharmacy can recover from all these bad reviews.
