So I went to this Ross in search of some low priced clothing items and happened to find some perfect Nike olive sb dunks, score right!? I bought them for $65 and knew they would be the perfect birthday gift for my husband who loved limited release Nikes, well once I got home I went to hide them admiring my new purchase and I noticed that the cashier somehow managed to set off the dye pack ruining the shoes white tongue with BRIGHT PINK dye that I would never be able to remove… so I drove all the way back and though I returned them it’s still really upsetting that it happened in the first place. Definitely an issue that could have been avoided. I also noticed that a white tank top I purchased got a dye pack popped on it too, along with another shirt that now has a tear in it where the security tag was, I get that they are difficult to get off but I would have said something to the customer like “oh hey, this happened, do you still want to purchase this item ?”

My experience..
First time at this store, found a sweatshirt I liked, asked the first employee I saw "excuse me I found this hanging randomly at end of the rack and was wondering if you knew if any other locations where there might be more" before I could even finish my words she started to say "to be honest I really don't know", immediately without pause, "BUT could you help me and leave for me a positive satisfactory review on our website" as she wrote her name on a piece of paper.. "Zarina"
Seems as if this employee is hunting down customers for positive reviews rather than actually helping them. May be "feeling some pressure" at work as she seemed very anxious.

I have watched Amira ignore customers on two separate occasions now. First time I chalked it up to an annoying customer. Second time I watched her pretend like she didn’t see a customer for a few minutes before finally helping them.

So many sneaky people out shopping. It was crazy. Every aisle I went on it seemed there was some sort of side eye. Made me so uncomfortable. I remember when it was bright clean and fairly safe to shop there. It just feels off now.

Older associate (didn’t catch his name) was nice and pleasant. He was going up to guest and ask if everyoneHow they were doing. Which made my experience more personal. The girls at front where friendly and efficient.
