i use their delivery service and they have never once gotten all my items. i ordered 4 cans of spaghettios today and they gave me 4 boxes of dry spaghetti for my kids to eat for lunch. what's the point of delivery if i have to go to the store anyway? they'll also change your order without informing you or letting you pick a substitution because obviously no one wants 4 boxes of spaghetti but they can't lose a sale! never spending my money here again.

Really getting irritated with places closing the bathrooms to their customers so I'm no longer their customer. I used to fill my gas tank here everyday...not anymore

Today I stopped in for some soda for a gathering. It was $9.99 a half case. If you bought 3 half cases it would take off $15.00 (a digital deal). I had no service. I was told turn off my wifi...connect to the store wifi...finally got it to scan. Take my 3 half cases of soda up to pay for it and she says $33 and some change. I told her I had "clipped the digital coupon". She said it didn't work and asked for my phone. I didn't really want to go through all that, people were in line behind me. I gave her my phone and she tried and tried and then says "Oh! You have to change the location". Really? One Safeway app for every Safeway? Well, she got that coupon for me, rerang it and said "$33+ I said, I'm sorry. I'm not paying $33+ for 3 half cases of soda. By now, I'm just embarrassed for holding up the line so I said, no thank you, I'll just get out the way. I left and I won't be back. If your employees can't help a customer by giving a sale price when your entire app is a joke, something is wrong. I went to a local convenience store and paid less than the $9.99 you were asking. Why do digital deals at all? Never have a had a clerk that wouldn't just give me the deal, even while agreeing the app and the wifi are a joke.

What kind of manager lets his employees take all the best parking and who allows a pack of employees to smoke out front? These people handle out food and they have nasty cigarette hands and clothes on. Bad!!!

I like Safeway very well. Friendly, clean and good variety of products. Update in 2024.I still like them but as of 5-24-24 the last couple times I bought cookies from the bakery, they were hockey pucks. They used to be semi soft but someone's overcooking.

Clean place, lot more options than the Bremerton ones and definitely nicer employees lol they don't seem to hate their life's as much here as the people do in the other ones.

Staff said I could access food from totes to load into my cart to help the employee out and speed up the process on both our behalfs, no complication loaded up, left and delivered. Now, upon returning for an additional order, the very same staff member I helped apparently bus rolled me and is now giving me a lecture on minding my own business, standing still looking pretty and not touching anything when the only thing I had touched was the order they told me I could initially grab. Get your processes correct and do better, and maybe sharpen up on training so you arenāt misinforming customers and taking your mishap out on themā¦ Also get someone who can portray whatever message that was meant to be portrayed correctly and who isnāt unintelligible in the sense of vocabulary.
