I understand that you're trying to market your deals to customers but if you ask me 3 times if I want to purchase more things to help you look like a better salesperson and I say "no," you should not keep asking... Pushy customer service at this location to where I'd rather buy online.

Went to this location to get some hair color for my wife. The dye turned her hair orange!!! She had to spend hundreds in a salon the next day. When I returned the unused items I was made to feel like a criminal. I was asked over and over if they were unopened and each time I said no. The clerk proceeded to open everything- WHAT??? Never going there again.

so so helpful. I came in with a shade of pink wayy too purple for my liking and I was given lots of avenues on how i could approach fixing my hair to a peachier pink. I really though I was gonna have to wait for it to fade and re-dye but the lady with the lovely caramel hair recommended me the clarifying shampoo combo'd with the wella peach mask and ladies... it did not disappoint. im sporting a lovely rose gold pink and im so grateful ?

Customer service is nonexistent. If you are nervous about dying you hair or trying new products, do not go there, you will not get any help.

Whenever I go there, they're out of what I need. I found it on Amazon for $2.00 cheaper so I no longer need to waste my time at this Sally's. On the positive side, the employees are always nice.

Poor customer service. Never again came in on 03/27/22 @ 11:40am the lady working at Sally in silverdale should not be working there she has poor customer service and a bad business personality She told us to get out. So we did we took are business some were else.went to port orchard Sally and bought my daughters hair products there. Better customer service in port orchard.they need to get the corporate down there to silverdale and replace her with a better front desk customer service and friendly professional person working there.

I have been going to this Sally's for over a month now and the sales representatives have always been so helpful and extremely kind to me. I have been on a journey of bleaching my hair and finally achieved the desired level of platinum I had been looking for. I did fry my hair (thankfully did not melt) and the last sales rep gave me a great hair mask that has really helped me. Thank you all! <3

I'm giving this place 5 stars because A wonder employee ,by the name of Amber, Very Helpful and down to earth she gave me great advice for some products I purchased an that is what counts. THANKS AGAIN AMBER FOR YOUR HELP .

I switched from expensive salon visits for hair coloring to Sally. With a little assistance from the knowledgeable staff I am completely comfortable with the DYI process. My hair is healthier and looks better than ever!

Didn't like it there. I should have ordered online but since I have an appointment to have my hair braided this upcoming week I went into the store. Big mistake. I don't like this store, I had come here to pick up a special brand of shampoo for my hair. I don't like being asked if I need help first off as I have been shopping since my teens. Would have like just a little more friendliness but I shouldn't expect it. I did buy my shampoo.
