Amelia did my hair for my wedding and I was so happy with it! I showed her an inspiration video of what I was looking for and she recreated it beautifully and with time to spare. I highly recommend her!

Could not make an appointment. Tried to cancel. They’d booked me out a month in advance. Somehow, the message didn’t get through. I was charged $280. I will be reporting this to the BBB and fighting these charges through charges through my credit union. This “policy” is not posted or discussed, so it’s not technically legal. I will also be requesting a new credit card number. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER.

I called and made an appointment for a haircut, shine treatment and blow out. Brooke did a fabulous job. She answered all my questions, advised me, and walked me through the process. I got exactly what I wanted and instantly felt a boost of confidence as I left.

I came home from a trip sick with Covid so I canceled as soon as I could..they make you confirm your appointment a week ahead. I called the morning I tested positive but they charged me $65 for no show even though I called. Would you rather I come in with Covid and make everyone sick???? Do not patronize this place. If I could give zero stars I would.

Brooke is amazing! I needed my hair fixed so bad and she far exceeded my expectations! I recently took my daughter to her as well for a hair cut. She also did an amazing job with her hair. Can’t recommend her enough!

Seaport Salon blew my mind! I have been hesitant to go to a salon for years after a bad experience I had. Finally I sucked it up and set up an appointment to get a full balayage. From the phone call to set the appointment up, the sweet girl, Ali, who did my hair, to the results totally blew me away! Ali asked a lot of questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted for my hair. She spent a lot of time making it perfect for me, and made the whole experience great with engaging conversation. The results are amazing!! I am so happy I chose to come here. The pricing was accurate, the front desk girls were wonderful, and everyone made me feel at home. A huge giant thank you to Ali for making me feel confident with my hair and for making me feel great :) i feel like a whole new person! I’d recommend this place for all services to everyone I know. ❤️

I got married on September 7 at Gold Mountain Golf Club and Seasport Salon did a great job doing my bridal hair and makeup and those of my bridesmaids and mom. They were prepared as soon as we arrived first thing in the morning and made sure we were done with plenty of time for the ceremony. All the people working were super nice and we loved their work.

Not a fan of them charging your card before you even get the haircut. Satisfied nonetheless. They offered me tea or coffee when I came in. Don’t remember her name but the lady who cut my hair was lovely and she had blue hair.

Scheduled a same week appointment for massage with Angela. The entire experience was exactly what I needed! Clear communication about the booking (paid up front, when scheduling online) and follow up call and text reminders. I arrived a little early and was immediately offered water or tea.
The 60-minute Swedish massage released muscle tension and left me feeling better than I have all year. Angela responded to feedback to create a personalized massage experience. The Aveda products used during the massage we're available for purchase, but not presented in a way that made me feel pressured or uncomfortable.
After my appointment was over, I talked with staff about the opportunity to have a seaport salon membership. It's $90 a month for a service you select from a list. Sounds like a great deal, not mentioned on website. I enjoyed my experience at Seaport Salon!

Got my hair cut and styled by Stephanie! She did a fantastic job! Best haircut I’ve had in a very long time! Definitely coming to see her again!
The cut was a bit overpriced, when I called I was told $65 but once I got there I was charged around $95.

"It's more than just a haircut--it's an experience ." This is Aveda Salons' advertising logo and it is absolutely true at this jewel of a salon! After 3 consecutive dreadful haircuts at my previous salon, I decided to give this salon the challenge to cut, color and style my level 3 coil curly hair. Stephanie was amazing!! I showed her pictures of 4 curly pixie-cut options, and together we blended hair color options for red/dark auburn natural looking blend. Perfection! After nearly one month I still receive compliments. The salon stations were full the morning of my appointment, and each client left with amazing results. All of the stylists are truly talented.
