I have been using KinderCare for about 3 months (pre-k program) and I am very pleased with the services. The staff are pleasant and welcoming. They always greet my child and he looks forward to going everyday. I love they daily logs, pictures, videos they provide of my child via their portal. In the 3 months my child has learned so much compared to his last daycare (military CDC). I always get positive feedback on my child's behavior. Our experience has been positive. Negatives - The price ($1250) compared to military ($625). The little ones need to be watched more closely when on the playground. Must pay extra for specialized programs.

My son has been going to Silverdale Kinder care for almost three years. I highly recommend this daycare out of any in our area. The Staff is absolutely amazing. Its clean and they have a great safety system as well. I love connecting through the Kinder care app! Keeping updated on what he eats, when he sleeps and seeing adorable pictures throughout my day is very reassuring. They keep you in the loop about new things their learning each day. They are very trustworthy and overall an amazing daycare I recommend them to anyone . If your a new mom worried about finding the perfect daycare The Silverdale kinder care has you covered. I wouldn't trust anyone else! Thank you so much staff i really appreciate your hard work :)

My daughter was in the infant room with Ms. Steph and Ms. Athena and then in the toddler A class for a couple of weeks with Ms. Emily! All three teachers deserve 5 stars! 10/10 do recommend! The infants were always doing hands on activists. Either art, sensory AND they went outside (super awesome and brave of the teachers to take infants outside haha) My favorite part of the day was picking my girl up and seeing how happy she was. I’d get updates about her day with a paper daily AND they have an app!! Super awesome because you can email/ send messages to the teachers and management! They send pictures through out the day as well! Made my day a little brighter!

Love everybody there! The teachers are wonderful and my daughter asks to go to school every morning with a smile on her face. Everybody is so caring and attentive to the children and makes my daughter feel like she has a second family. Highly recommend this daycare to anyone and is worth the money!

KinderCare has become the staple for my childcare needs! I am in the area for my military assignmemt.... I could not afford a delayed enrollment or long waiting list. Silverdale center staff are available, friendly and make the children feel right at home. My daughter started Pre-school B and she has been thriving with her milestones.....loves to share her day and even asks mom about the chaotic schedule I juggle at work.lol I recommend this center to all. A variety of resources, criteria tables met, and the unlimited shared info to family provides updates for activities in the near future.Silverdale center you folks help make a difference.

The ladies and gentlemen that work here are amazing! They are great with my little one. They have great communication and you can tell they all really love all of the kids. I would recommend them over anyone else in the area!

I can't say how the care is, but the management is definitely lacking. I have been on the wait list for 6 months, and was told a spot would be opening for me in August, and when I called in July they said it was taken by a staff member and the next opening would be the following July. Highly unsatisfactory!

I currently live in an apartment building right next door to the kinder care building in silverdale wa but I do not have children attending kinder care. I am home most days and therefore I hear all that goes on outside of the care. A lot of the days I hear the kids laughing and the instructors singing songs and talking with them but I also hear the instructors yelling at the children, sometimes swearing at them and kids are usually always crying. It breaks my heart to hear the children crying for longer periods of time.Because I grew up in a large family and I have spent a large amount of time watching and babysitting kids I understand that sometimes kids just cry and there isn’t much you can do to comfort them. I also understand that at times there is so much going on that it is hard to take care of everyone and make everyone happy and yet this is a job that the workers are choosing and I am baffled at how mean they act towards the kids. They yell at the kids to tell them not to yell at one another and how can the kids not yell when they hear yelling all day long? I honestly don’t believe in yelling or swearing at kids or at anyone for that matter. The children should be taught to learn skills of counting to ten or being alone before confronting their anger towards someone else and the instructors need to learn the same.Once again I do not have children attending this school but I know that I would not let them go to day care here. The instructors I’m sure can be loving but they should really re think why they are working there and if it is because they love their job then they should realize how lucky they are to work with the kids and to be an example to them. You lead by example. This review it to the instructors to know that they need to be better than they are towards the children and for the parents to ask their children what goes on at school. The children are the future and if we cannot show more love and kindness towards them when given the opportunity to, even when we are exhausted and tired then they will never show it to those around them. Teach the children by example.
