I’m 6’5” and have owned a Sleep number for 15 years, have loved everything about it.
Recently, a part wore out, and I was ready to buy a replacement, totally worth it.
But when I got to the Silverdale Store, DJ redirected me to customer care because it’s still under warranty(!)
So we’ll get a fresh repair and spend less than a new mattress! How great is that.
Sleep number is just the BEST, thanks Silverdale Sleep Number, you rock!

I had a pleasant shopping experience at the Silverdale Sleep Number Bed showroom. DJ helped me. I had never been to a SNB showroom before. He asked good questions, showed me several models, and in turn, answered all of my questiona thoroughly and respectfully. I let him know I was going to mull it over, and was not pressured in any way before leaving the store. I talked with him a few more times over the phone before making my decision to purchase. We completed everything over the phone, a process that was smooth and uncomplicated, which is appreciated. Very much looking forward to enjoying our new Sleep Number bed.

That store helps a lot with bedding and the stuff that we need to keep our bodies relaxed and refreshed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would come back one day in case what I need to keep me relaxed and refreshing.

I recently purchased a new sleep number mattress at your Silverdale location. I had the pleasure of working with a young man named Josh, I believe.
He was very knowledgeable about the brand. He was also very personable and patient with me. I highly recommend dealing with him.

From the moment I stepped into the store, I was met with outstanding customer service, and I have to specifically commend Josh and DJ for going above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect product.
Josh was an absolute pleasure to work with. His kindness and patience while I navigated the often overwhelming process of selecting a bed were truly remarkable. He took the time to understand my budget and comfort preferences, guiding me through the options without ever making me feel pressured. What truly stood out was Josh's dedication – he stayed an entire hour past closing time to ensure I was completely satisfied with my choice. Never once did I feel rushed; instead, I felt valued and genuinely cared for. This level of commitment is simply amazing and exemplifies exceptional customer service.
The excellent service didn't end there. The following day, I had some follow-up questions and spoke with DJ on the phone. Even though Josh wasn't available, DJ seamlessly stepped in and provided the same high level of assistance. His extensive knowledge of the products was immediately evident, and he patiently addressed all my inquiries with clarity and kindness.
In fact, I even called back a second time with a change of mind, and DJ once again proved to be an invaluable resource. His deep understanding of the different mattresses allowed him to expertly guide me towards the right product. Without his detailed knowledge and helpful demeanor, I'm certain I wouldn't have made the ideal selection. Beyond his expertise, DJ was also simply a great guy to talk to, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
Overall, my experience was truly exceptional thanks to the dedication and expertise of both Josh and DJ. They represent the gold standard in customer service, demonstrating kindness, patience, product knowledge, and a genuine commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you're looking for a positive and stress-free shopping experience, I highly recommend seeking out Josh and DJ – you won't be disappointed!

This new location is beautiful! My husband and I where greatly impressed with Joshua's Knowledge and bedside manner, (lol no pun intended) He is a kind and sincere knowledgeable salesman and as I am a Real Estate agent I understand the importance of listening and offering solutions. Knew we wanted a Sleep Number bed eventually but didn't think we'd be walking out with one right away- Josh was great and gave us a thorough demo and we were instantly sold on the product and the customer service.

I worked with Josh he was really good knew his stuff. I felt comfortable in the store never felt pressure to buy and he was very patient. This is by far the best customer service I have had in a very long time. No need to look any further come here and you will not regret it.
