DJ was great to work with there. He was personable, professional, and knowledgeable about the Sleep Number products. He was very helpful, answered all of our questions well, and ensured we were satisfied with our decisions throughout.

I bought an extremely expensive bed that was very comfortable but after a year or so began to collapse on one side and to not stay aligned with its base when adjusted. I called the local store where I bought it (Silverdale, WA) and they said they couldn't help me, that I needed to try the main company customer service number. I called and called over a period of weeks, many times, languished on hold each time for what seemed like forever, and in the end never succeeded in getting a single live human to answer the phone to help me. I finally gave up and opted to trash my bed and replace it with a high quality but old school mattress (meaning: one that does not plug in, has no moving parts or tech that can fail), that would not give me such agita, and I am much happier with it. Long story short, if you value your time, money, or peace of mind, look elsewhere. This company offers ZERO customer service on a very overpriced, unreliable product.

Our customer service rep DJ (Silverdale store location) was awesome. He showed us all the options available to us. He was very knowledgeable about the product. To be honest it was DJ and his friendly personality that helped us decide to go with a sleep number. Thank you

Terrible experience. Avoid at all cost. Sleep number has been no help at all. The mattress in the store was perfect and amazing. The bed we received has been absolute torture and terrible. Don’t buy sleep numbers.

If you spend the money on a Sleep Number bed, just know YOU CANNOT RETURN THE BASE or HEADBOARD!!! They tell you that you can, but you CAN ONLY RETURN THE MATTRESS. They know exactly what they're doing. They tell you one thing (no risk) and then have you sign something DIFFERENT in the fine print!!

Purchasing this mattress was a pleasure. Weird thing to say about a (relatively expensive) mattress but it's true! Alyssa at the Silverdale WA store was a genuine communicator. She clearly explained the process, set our expectations, then surpassed them at every opportunity. We never felt pressured to purchase and left the store extremely happy with the entire experience.

We went there during normal business hours and they were closed. A sign was on the window that said they were observing limited hours. There was a number and the sign said text the number to setup an appointment. We texted and it’s been almost 24 hours with no response. I just called the store and no one answered. So far our experience has been negative, hopeful things will improve.
