Requested style: Wanted hair in a feather cut, when she was done my hair was 3" long on one side and chunks taken out of the other side leaving some places only 1" long. Worst haircut ever!!

Can’t speak for the rest of the stylists and wish I had her name, but I had a terrible experience and was the first time I haven’t left a tip. First thing she said when I sat down was that said I was in good hands…. She must have been rushed or distracted as I was not in good hands.
She said she had over 10+ years experience and her dad cut hair for the navy. From the beginning I shared a photo of myself with the haircut I was hoping for. I was faced away from the mirror for the whole cut and it felt like I was a sheep being sheered as quickly as possible. She was quick and rough, scratching her nails into my forehead, and hitting the trimmer into my ear. Near the end she was “free handing it” and I had to tell her to be careful as it felt like she hit my eyebrow. She denied it and said she does this all the time. Wasn’t until the very end when I put in my glasses that I realized she indeed had trimmed a chunk of my eyebrow. No appology. She asked for full payment… I was pissed, paid, left no tip for the first time ever. I should have asked for my money back. I get it’s a hard job and probably have to meet quotas, but take more time and be more gentle and give the customer the cut they are looking for…. Hate to post this but I need to warn people so that it doesn’t happen to them.

Drove from Kingston to Silverdale. Website says opens at 8. We arrive before 8 and the time posted on the door is 9.

I have had haircuts from several stylists at this salon and have always been very satisfied. Not only have I always been happy with my haircuts but found the stylists to be very nice and friendly and they listen to what I want done. That last stylist I had was Lydia and I will ask for her again and hope she will still be working there. She was great!

I just had my hair done here and it looks amazing! Not only that they were so great towards me always making sure that I was alright with everything. With my disability it was great that they were able to do that and also talk to me like I was a normal person.

I've had two different people cut my hair here, and both times I walked out with an excellent cut. I have wavy hair, which a lot of people seem to struggle with cutting. That's not a problem here at all, these stylists know what they're doing. Everyone I've encountered both times I've gone have been friendly and amicable. I've found my new hair place!

It's not great. Asked for medium length. Got short very drastic. Had long hair. Asked for medium layers got short. Cut 10 to 12 inches off me. Was resting on shoulders not mid length below shoulders like asked. Asked for textured whispy bangs, got arch shaped blunt bangs uneven. Had to fix myself. Will not go back. Person was nice. Took an hour. I'm not interested in going back.

OK well I showed up at 5:50 in hopes of running into someone to cut my hair because the time on the on the door said 6 PM to close oh yeah, they have like a lack of workers and so like sometimes they don't even open because they only have one person yeah so what are they still in business?

I came in for a simple wash only, which their menu says they charge $12 for. I have done this from time to time because hip pain keeps me from being able to stand for long periods of time, and quick showers are all I can manage. Even though I was clear with what I wanted, the stylist tricked me by saying she was just going to "blow it a little so it's not dripping wet," and then she kept on until it was completely dry, and charged me $47 without ever saying that was her intent! I said in the beginning that I usually just towel it dry and go home and take care of the rest myself, which has never been a problem in the past. Shame on me for being fooled. (The stylist who did it said she was moving to Virginia in a couple of weeks, guess she needed the money?) I will never utilize this Supercuts again. Ever.
