I scheduled an appointment the night before and the next day they called to confirm and I was on my way. It was a super easy process. The salon itself is very clean and modern. The employees are very welcoming and kind. As a nervous teenager, I went in pretty shy but as I warmed up to my sweet stylist, we had pleasant conversations. The stylists were skilled and the prices were very reasonable.

The salon space was very welcoming and friendly but my hair was not done how i wanted even though i got a consultation done and felt like i communicated what i expected. I asked for a pastel purple hair and showed pictures of what i wanted and when it was done the base of my hair was still fully blonde and my roots had a silvery hue that looked like i had just left purple shampoo in my hair too long. while showing my hair to someone else my stylist said i asked for 'as violet as possible while still being blonde' when i never mentioned wanting my hair to still be blonde at any point, i said i wanted it purple. there was no point in trying to get it redone because i had a flight the next day and it wasn't badly done or ugly, but i really did not get what i asked for at all which is disappointing for the price i paid.

I can’t thank Vance enough again for the great cut and making my vision come to life. The endless compliments I received today from our patients and my coworkers affirmed that Vance executed this cut perfectly 👏
I’m so excited to return for my color consultation in August - this experience has been the best salon experience I’ve had in YEARS!

Jordan did my hair. I’m visiting from San Diego and my daughter picked this salon. Jordan did a beautiful job with my hair. Styled it just as I asked and the cut is amazing! The price was just within my budget.

I have been going to Ashley for about 13 years. I’ve done highlights, full platinum blonde, purple, red, and super dark brown, almost black. She’s excellent with color and is always honest and knowledgeable with what will work and what won’t. Highly recommend her. Everyone working there is always really nice when I go in.

This experience was the best ive ever had in a salon, Ashley is an amazing stylist and is super sweet, getting your hair washed full blown head massage, they know exactly what they’re doing and are amazing at it 10/10 i suggest this salon most definitely

Ashley is the best hairdresser I've ever had! She's always professional, personable, sensitive to the client's needs, and highly skilled with color and cutting. Plus, she's kind and interested in individuals. My daughter loves her, too! Hope we never lose Ashley!

Jen, the receptionist. There is no hope for the mind captured humans of generation Z like Jen, the receptionist at Third Dimension Salon. A common travesty of this generation, her willing enslavement to the system, or even the computer software her fingers are presently working with. Jen showed no capacity to use her mind independently and rationally. Here's the all too common problem - I dropped by to purchase a hair product. She persisted to ask for my full name and phone number. She refused to continue with me unless I complied with her demand for my identifying information. I told this pathetic puppet that she will not get any of the information she is asking for and that I am not purchasing a gun, but in fact I am purchasing a hair spray. She literally froze with delusional authority. Her brain glitched with error messages and she could not function. She said "the computer needs it." SMH. I literally fed her information through every step of her computer screen with a false name and number as she looked to me for the input at every imbecilic step. WHAT A LOSS OF A HUMAN SOUL! WHAT A BURDEN ON US! Two other people stood by watching her foolishness and the trouble she was giving me. Me, the customer. One person was a stylist who didn't bother herself to step in to show me the respect a customer deserves. No, that would be too moral. The stylist just watched Jen malfunction with delusional authority over hair spray purchases, and just passively watched me be disrespected. AND THIS is the problem with the world today, Jen the mind controlled puppet of any computer software on a screen, and the coward stylist. Trouble, for all of us. I will not patronize Third Dimension Salon again for the trouble and disrespect I was shown today by Jen the receptionist and, of course, the cowardly stylist.

Haven’t gotten my hair cut in 14 years because of a bad experience a coworker told me to go to Donna and she is great! She listened to what I was comfortable with and how much to cut off. She also gave me advice for how to take care of my hair based off all the questions I was asking. The whole vibe of the shop was great. I’m sad I’m moving soon and wish I would’ve just gone to her sooner!

Amazing customer service!!!!!! The people who work here are so sweet!!!! Also they are so good at braiding!!!!!!! They did a great job on my hair : ) love the staff and so blessed I went here
