I went to get my nails done today, The ladies there were relatively nice, although my nail set was very much rushed. There are pieces of it where it does not all painted. Also, there are splotches of nail polish on the other side. I also Myself had to remove some hair for my nail because she did not realize There was a piece of hair on my nail, The lady was very sweet, but also very aggressive with how she shaped and everything. It felt like she was going to pull off my nail. And my nail feels very sore and tired from this. Probably will not come back again

They are great with my sister with Down syndrome. Always do a great job making her feel comfortable.
One time I came in and they did a free touch up for one nail. That is the type of kindness and service that keeps you coming back.

Beautiful gel nails for about 2 weeks. Gel started flaking but better than most places nearby. My toe gel is still intact.

I don’t normally share horrible experiences however I was completely disappointed with this place. I came in asking for some acrylic nails to be taken off and for a gel French tip manicure. Mind you I’ve done this plenty of times and just wanted nice nails for my mom’s wedding. The lady sits me down and a man comes out to do my nails. He completely disagrees with what I want, which I told him that was his opinion but I wanted it. He then preceded to yell at me. I told him maybe I should just go somewhere else and he said “maybe so” so I walk out completely upset and the rest of the workers just sat there. Based off of that experience, I will never recommend this nail salon to anyone and have already told family to never go there. Horrible customer service!!Side note, I ended up going to Aurora nail salon and getting what I wanted with no fight from any worker and they look great,

I've been coming here for years. The quality of the services has gone downhill. The biggest problem here is Billy. He's rude and rough with your service. I had a service done a couple of days ago. Billy was not only rough, but he also was demeaning. He tries to tell you something negative about you that he's working on. I've had a Pedi done before, and he very loudly said I had athletes' feet and needed to take care of it. I did not have athletes' feet. He embarrassed me in front of other customers. I recently had another Pedi, and he said something else negative about my feet and embarrassed me in front of customers. This last service I had he was talking to himself for over 10 mins. He had no earbuds in, and no other worker there was talking to him. Or listening to what he was saying. It was very disturbing. It seemed like he was having some sort of psychotic episode. The way he treated my feet was very rough. When you get a Pedi, you want a relaxing experience, not a rough one. At this point, I'm done. I'm not going to ever go there again. It's sad, really. Billy's wife is very nice and very good at what she does. If only they could get rid of him, it would be fantastic.

Always receive outstanding service! Billy is my favorite. The entire staff is friendly and inviting. My nails are always perfect!

Horrible. In the photos you’ll see The reference photo and the photos of what I got. Before we even started, I asked them if this was something that they were able to do and they said yeah 100%. We can do whatever you want . Clearly they cannot. My nails are lumpy, misshapen, and massive. They aren’t even close to what I asked for. And the entire time the guy that was doing my nails continued berating me about the dangers of having long nails, and that people shouldn’t get them. Don’t come here.

Overall bad experience. I paid for three people to get their nails done and no one was happy. My sister wanted like a more drippy drop like design and she got sloppy messy tiger stripes. My friend got a simple French tip with color and the nails were thick and uneven but the nail tech refused to fix it. When I addressed the issues at checkout the girl argued with me with whole time until the owner told her to discount it.
