I went there as a new customer to fill my propane tank. No sign at the store to tell me to go out to the caged area and the male cashier was very abruptly told me in general to go out across the lot with the tank. I sat out there for 15 minutes and no one cane out to help or to tell me there is a delay. Went back in and same cashier that told me to go out said guy was delayed. Granted he was not doing anything. Asked for manager but was told he was busy out back. I can get crazy service from Lowe's or home depot was hoping they would be better and would care about customers. When I said I would fill the tank somewhere else they didn't care at all.

Absolutely our favorite Tractor Supply, staff is always welcoming and helpful. Always have employees around when you need one. Our dogs love coming to visit as well.

Just wish they were a little more dependable for propane tank refills. Over the last 10 trips I’ve been successful only about half the visits. They claim to be either out of propane or the pump is broken. I now call before I head down there and was even unsuccessful on 1 of those trips. Was told on the phone they could fill and about a half hour later when I got there, was told they were out of propane.

This is the second time we've brought our dogs here for a dog bath after going to Silverdale dog park. Normally we go to the one in Port orchard.
We had to wait which was expected, but I noticed that they're now allowing two people to wash their dogs at a time and there's no separation... So let's hope that the other person knows how to wash a dog and that their dog is well behaved.
From the moment we walked into the washing area we were getting bit by fleas, our dogs didn't have fleas by the way, but they probably do now.
The floor was covered and wet hair and obviously hadn't been cleaned properly for several sessions or more. One of the hoses had a hole in it and whenever you tried to spray your dog you'd get sprayed by the unpredictable water coming out of the hose. Both the aprons were on the ground when we walked in completely wet and completely filthy and covered in hair. Both the lines that are attached to the drying tables are both broken.
I decided to go ahead and tell them about this, they acted annoyed and didn't bother to do anything to make it right. They've also done away with the waiting area, So if you're waiting for somebody else to finish their dog and they take 45 minutes you're standing for 45 minutes.
The experience overall was miserable. The reason I like to wash my dogs outside of the house is to avoid a mess and to give them a more thorough bath but I feel like I exposed them to filth and fleas instead by bringing them here.
I will never come back after this experience, and frankly my money should have been refunded as they should have addressed the situation before long before letting any other dogs go in.
They obviously don't give a flying you know what though.
AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR DOG TO GET FLEAS AND BE MORE FILTHY THAN WHEN THEY CAME IN.

Be careful when buying chicks. My husband bought me some Turkens. The Turkens they are selling are pioneer turkens. They advertise them as dual purpose birds. In fact they are meat birds. A turken cross with a Cornish. If you want a meat bird that’s fine. Tractor supply you need to be transparent and honest with what types of chickens you are selling. A lot of people at multiple different locations all over America are dealing with this issue.

Of course this would be another place that I pick up yet another pallet nail in my tire because they can't be bothered to put magnets on the forklifts that go outside or sweep.

I am only here reviewing the store and to compare prices from places I already buy from but THEY have a mega delivery fee and I do prefer my items delivered. I will definitely put up with the extra $17.00 dollars for friendly deliveries and same day or next day delivery.

I called and checked online for a battery for my generator. Both said it is available in the Silverdale store. Drove out of my way to go to purchase only to find none in stock and no apology.

Maggot-Infested Cat Food - Beware!
Normally, this place would receive 5 stars from me. However, I recently had a disturbing experience. On Thursday, January 30th, I bought four bags of cracked corn, four bags of dog food, one bag of sunflower seeds, one bag of All-Stock goat food, and two bags of Multi-cat cat food. But when I opened one of the bags of cat food last night, I was horrified to find a bunch of white clumps that looked like cobwebs and a bunch of maggots.
I made sure to take photos and taped the bag back up. I brought the bags back to the store on Saturday, February 1st, and the gentleman working the register acted like he didn't believe me, saying he didn't see any maggots in the bag when he looked. But I assured him there were, and I showed him the pictures. He still seemed skeptical, but he went ahead and processed the return anyway.
I ended up buying two new bags of cat food from a different brand, and I'll be staying away from the Multi-cat food for a while. What's really concerning is the lack of concern shown by the employees. They should be pulling the other bags of food from the shelves and contacting the manufacturer.
To make matters worse, I live 30 miles away, which is approximately a 44-minute drive. I had to take time away from my schedule to drive all the way back to return the bags. This was not only inconvenient but also frustrating, especially given the employee's initial skepticism.

Went to get propane at the silverdale location only to be told it was to late It was only 2pm.I felt like the guy didn't want to do it so I asked another associate and she said it wasn't to late so she called for help with the propane.the guy that told me no went to her and said he was going on break and they can't do it.when I get to my car there were people getting their tank filled so explain to me why I couldn't get mine filled

Do your best not to deliver here. They make you sit in a box like a prisoner while they take hours to get you unloaded.. you know truckers aren't criminals right? I also don't see how it's more safe to be put in a box while a woman speeding in a forklift is dropping loaded pallets 3 feet away from me.

Never have anything delivered from Tractor Supply. Not only do they ridiculous SH fees, but their delivery times go from 3-5 business days to 2-3 weeks as soon as you place your order

I enjoy shopping here and it has some very fun stuff- I often want to play with the tractor toys ?. They have the only dog food my dog can eat which is a huge bonus. My only misgiving is that the overarching company stoped their diversity policies and it make me think the are super conservative and don’t care about people.
