I go in a lot to get personal items all the time and I just love this store. Most of all I love Holly, she is so kind and everytime I’m there she is always asking me if I need help and saying hello. You can tell she really loves her job. Sam at the cash register is so sweet and has complimented me or given me pointers to new makeup. I love how upbeat and nice the workers are. Love shopping at this store!

Horrible at keep items in stock, I literally have to go to Gig Harbor to pick up items in stock for my wife!
Whoever is the manager at this location,Corporate need to do an evaluation on that employee!

All the employees here are so sweet and genuine, when I need help there's always someone there getting me exactly what I need. When I got my hair done the stylist was incredibly kind and I felt safe in her chair.

Skylar was so sweet to me. I felt so uncomfortable because I was the only African American in the store and I don’t know much about makeup. Nobody asked to help me find anything. She was kind and I really appreciate that.

Went in looking for a dewy foundation with spf. Claudia was kind enough to help and when I expressed what I was looking for, she tried to sell me on a matte foundation. I expressed I was concerns with my acne scars and preferred something with more spf and glow but I was told the mac foundation would “cure my acne scars”. I also expressed concern with the foundation noticeably gripping onto my texture and dry skin but I was told not to pay attention to that, only to the color because the rest of my routine would cover the texture. She never asked me my routine but I did tell her multiple times I usually don’t wear foundation, only spf and moisturizer so I didn’t have the bronzer, blush, primer, setting spray etc… No hate towards her, it felt like a used car salesman act and it was all very weird. My concerns or needs weren’t listened to and I was only shown the Mac matte foundation and that was it.
I found better luck at Sephora and found something that fit me best.
