I hate dealing with this store and I avoided whenever possible. Every time I come in here they have a different excuse as to why they will not ship my package. First it was they won't ship it in the original manufacturer's box. Then when I came back with it in a larger box, it was, oh we scanned your return code last time and now we can't print it again. I'm starting to think this is actually not a shipping store, it's just some sort of YouTube prank where they come up with new ways to screw with anyone who comes in.

The workers at this location are always so sweet and hard working. They can print quickly and efficiently. We have been impressed with their dedication to helping small businesses as well. We recommend their business services for any small business.

Aryann was super helpful towards me and patiently explained the multiple shipping options available that fit my time frame. I ended up saving quite a bit of money thanks to Aryann. I was bummed to learn that UPS employees aren't allowed to accept tips, so this was the best I could do for Aryann! Thanks again!

Just had to return amazon purchases to this store IN manufacture boxes
Suddenly I need to but UPS boxes to return when Amazon own website says free.
I'm a long time Amazon Prime member. I have returned products IN Manufacture boxes before to other UPS Stores from Phx AZ to Tacoma and Lakewood WA. Have NEVER had to pay to get boxes.
Today I had to buy 2 boxes that cost me half my order. And when I told them other UPS stores have always taken my manufacture boxes FOR FREE. I was actually told THE OTHER STORES were doing it wrong.
I'm calling Amazon when I get home this afternoon. I'm a long time Prime member. THIS IS WHY they have this UPS service. And I just had to pay over $20 for two freaking cardboard boxes.
This store is nickel and diming. Don't use them.
**Update since owner response
Called Amazon. The UPS store has a contract with Amazon to return items even in manufacture boxes and THEY should get reimbursed from Amazon for the boxes AND NOT CHARGE THE CUSTOMER.
I spike to an Amazon car. Today I had my boxes this misdirected store charged me for REFUNDED by Amazon.
This is NOT SUPPISED TO BE MY CHARGE. UPS should return the items in their own boxes and get reimbursed BY AMAZON. It SHOULD NOT be charged to the customer.
UPS STORE SILVERDALE. Call Amazon.
I've returned enough products as a Prime member. You had No business charging me today. You get reimbursed by AMAZON.
