Terrance is the reason for this rating! Im preparing for a trip and had many Amazon returns to bring in. Terrance was very patient, kind, and proactive. He used the tools available to him to make the process as easy as possible. All in all it took half the time I expected because of his help. Give Terrance a raise and promote him to a district position to train and develop teams on the customer service experience! He’s talent worth keeping!

The people that work at the Silverdale, UPS store are amazingly helpful. I would rather go to the Silverdale store than any other UPS store in the area, mostly because these people are nice, friendly, and very helpful.

I asked to borrow a tape gun to drop off a return- they charged me a dollar (a greedy play) and then wouldn’t let me use the tape gun! said they had to do it. When I asked them to show me them do it they got an attitude and asked me to leave. My concern of course was insuring the contents in my packages were sealed. I used UPS stores all over the country and never had such a bad experience. Avoid them if you have options.

Sam and Shawn deserve a raise. THEY ARE EXCEPTIONAL UPS STAFF!!! Patient and beyond helpful during a stressful and chaotic return process from Amazon! THEY are beyond essential to anyone needing help!I had an outstanding experience at UPS, thanks to two exceptional employees who went above and beyond to assist me with Amazon returns. Their dedication and kindness truly set them apart. In a world where great customer service can be rare, these two individuals exceeded all expectations. Kudos to them for making my visit seamless and enjoyable. More people should embody the professionalism and helpfulness that they demonstrated. Thank you, UPS, for having such exceptional team members.

I'm disabled first and foremost there is no handicapped parking near this store that I can see anywhere around me.I went inside to drop my Amazon return with no box or label required.Although there are only three customers in the store and three employees .I was the second in line behind someone who is being helped and a young lady told me that Amazon returns can be processed at the kiosk across the store so get out of line go over there follow the prompts I did not see anything directing me to put my package in a hole in the table so I got back in line and went back to the counter, when it was my turn I asked the young lady for future reference if we have an Amazon return can she take care of it at the counter so we don't have to get back in line she told me that I could leave it in the hole in the table at the kiosk okay it tells you to do that on the machine never saw it. So here I am standing with said package in my hand I walk over the other lady takes it from me shoves it in with two other packages that are protruding from a hole in the table that she's putting in a cart to take to be picked up I'm not entirely sure why neither one could have just taken the package that I already done the work with but she proceeds to stop the package in with the other two and tells me see it's not that hard.It's also not that hard to take the package when I'm standing at the counter rather than me have to go through all these hoops and have someone be rude to me, it's not that hard to do your job. I will not come back here I do not recommend this store customer service training is definitely needed here.

Great customer service! There were two employees there and they helped me pack and ship Christmas presents. Very nice and the store was very clean. (Much better than when I went there last year!) Thank you!

I do not understand why it has to be when your parent passes away that nobody wants to give you friendly service. I stopped in to ship the equipment from dish in a prepaid box. We did not have any shipping tape and none was provided by dish. They informed me it would be $1 to tape the box. Sure a single dollar is not much but with all that you deal with when you loose a parent you would think dish could have included some tape or arrange to pay for sealing the box. I will contact dish but the manager here was also dead set on not helping out and set the box with the dish equipment on the back counter say it would sit right there and not get shipped. If you happen to stop by and have a generous heart please ask the manager to ship the box.

I came into the store to have a stained glass hanging lamp shipped cross country. I paid for them to pack the lamp to ensure it arrived safely. It cost nearly $100 to buy a box, have the lamp packed by there "packers" and shipping. The lamp arrived broken. It had been packed in a plastic bag ONLY and thrown in the box. There wasn't ANY bubble wrap, packing nuggets or anything. There was damage to the box from the lamp hitting the box. We have tried calling the store and nobody will answer the phone. We have tried to file a claim and every time we get an error. I am SO grateful I did not ship more family heirlooms with them.

UPS Store with good customer service and well stocked. They often have tape to seal packages free to use. Would recommend!

I came in with 3 packages the were pre labeled I didn't need reciepts or anything. Due to traffic I attempted to open the door right as the clock rolled over to 6:32 and they gave a shoulder sorry can't help u shrug and so I called to explain I literally needed nothing but just drop them off no reciepts no money transfer nothing else and I was told sorry we are closed .. which I get but it seems a little ridiculous that they were unwilling to simply walk to the door and grab 3 light medium sized packages
