Dylan was great! My phone died so getting it exchanged (and a $800 credit) was no easy feat! Throughout a 3 hour time span, Dylan was cheerful, helpful, polite and incredibly helpful. Being in HR, I recognize exceptional employees. Dylan definitely qualifies!

Noticed the Verizon "checkmark' on the building so went to see if they offered the same service as the store at The Trails; she said yes so ended upgrading to a package with unlimited data (for less than I'd been paying ?) and ordering a new phone (mine's a 2019 model ... it's getting tired!).Very friendly, pleasant, competent staff. I'll do all my phone business there in the future. ... And it's MUCH easier to get in and out of than The Trails complex. ?

Went there with my wife to sign up for Verizon and get new phones, keeping our phone numbers. It took three hours and at that point only one phone had been swapped and activated. The other phone was having issues but the service from the store was underwhelming. Not sure how long a new phone activation is supposed to take but it seemed way too long. Also we were sent home with the new and old phone and have to back up the old one ourselves to get the transfer to the new phone to work. It seems like they could have told us that two hours ago so we could’ve left the store to go do that.

Outstanding customer service. I will never go to another Verizon/Victra location. Within an hour I had purchased two phones and had all the data transferred. They found the best deals and discounts and made the whole experience amazing. I seldom give anyone 5 stars - but these two deserve it. Highly recommend.

Skylar was the only worker, helping me and 3 other customers at the same time while training a new employee. He was very helpful with getting me the best discounts for my new iphone and even helped me double the trade in value for the damaged phone i had. One of the best experiences at verizon ive had especially since i was going in with a phone on the edge of completely broken
