This pharmacy sure has a hard time keeping things in stock. Third time in a year they didn't have what my doctor ordered for me. I have to wait. One time it was an ointment and they were never able to give me the prescribed quantity. I ended up using over the counter to complete the prescribed regimen. And now they're taking on Rite Aid prescriptions? They're going to run out of everything!
I would give them 1 star but I like the staff - they're always pleasant.

I had placed an order for business cards over a month ago and never got an email that they arrived but the tracking said they did. I went in there and the lady (2 days in a row) was not that nice and kept saying how they weren’t going to THEIR store. Well I went back in a few days later and this nice man helped me and they just didn’t check their mailbox. So thank you to that man but that lady needs to do a better customer service job.

Went to get passport photos and asked for the digital photos be emailed to me also. Clerk stated if I understood that the digital copies are not scaled to regulation so there was no reason to do so. Based on this I declined the digital photos. However, since I requested them the clerk should have emailed them without question. Clerk was not keen on retaking photos that we didn’t like also.

I like to print photos here, usually no problem. But this time, the lady who gave me my photos, took them out of an envelope, putting fingerprints on them... just to show me what's inside, which I didn't ask to do. Result - my photo has a bunch of fingerprints. It's just not nice, not professional. I think even children know not to put fingers on photos.

Pharmacy EXTREMELY slow. Waited 45 minutes for a basic antibiotic. Staff too busy to quickly fill rx but had lots of time to socialize.

The pharmacist is an insensitive robot. Not human at all. If I could figure out how to leave a minus 1 it would be appropriate.

Waited in their drive thru for AN HOUR. Every vehicle in front of me seemed to have some kind of issue that took an extraordinarily long time to handle. Finally get to the window, and they only have one of my two prescriptions ready, so I had to sit and wait even longer for that. The people in front of me probably had the same issue. Get it together Walgreens pharmacy!

Every month I fight Walgreens to fill a certain prescription. Today they said the prescription was ready; Tim drove to town to pick it up. They said it was not ready and they then needed to close for a meal break from 1:00PM to 1:30PM. He needed to hang out for over an hour waiting for their sorry asses to get back into serving their customers. I called at 1:30PM, on hold for 14 minutes and was advised it was ready. I said to the person on the phone " I know this is not your fault but I fight this every effen month". She said to me, "you said the F word and I am hanging up". Okay... do you understand the word BeeOChit? I am so over this pharmacy. #effenisnotreallytheFwordbutcanbe

MEAN PHARMACIST at Walgreens in Silverdale on Silverdale Way. The clown works on Sunday morning at 10:00 am and you will absolutely want to avoid this place. "I don't carry the brand 'Percogesic', lady" he grits through his teeth over the phone. "Lady?" Mom and I NEVER LIKE IT WHEN A MAN DECIDES TO PULL THAT WORD ON US. IT IS NOTHING BUT CONDECENDING. I am calling from Port Townsend, WA. It is Sunday and everything is closed up in our little town. I can't take anything else and I have a migraine. "Well, every Walgreens I have been to in every state carries it, can you at least look it up in your system?" He exhales loudly, "How do you spell it and hurry up because I have a line of CUSTOMERS!!! Forget it! I have to put you on hold" he tells me irritated. He comes back, "look it's in the system but we don't have it. Just take Tylonol instead." and hangs up. DO NOT GO TO THOSE PLACES LIKE WALGEENS. They pay their workers nothing and they in turn are mean to their customers. Think ahead. Order on Amazon. Good luck if you are ever in a pinch. We are all dealing with minimum-wage people that work in those places and they are not happy. Stay out of WALGREENS.

I have been paying for my medicine $49 because my insurance wants me to get it from chi pharmacy. But today, Noriah Pharmacy Tech showed me how to get their coupons online and I ended up paying $7.18. This is the very first time that a staff at Walgreens showed me this. Thank you so much! Noriah deserves a great kudos!!! I hope everyone knows about this. Thank you again Noriah!!! ?
