Today I went to Wells Fargo and was told something I have never heard said in any other bank in my total existence on this planet.Me: I would like to make a deposit into my moms account. Here is the account number.............Teller: I am very sorry sir but we do not take cash. Me: Are you serious? I never heard of a bank that doesn't take cash.Teller: We do take money orders; If you can bring us a money order. You can go to 7-Eleven down the road and get a money order to bring back and deposit it.For you Mom, I got it. But that is ridiculous.

These bankers are incompetent. I should rephrase that, the tellers are incompetent. There NO bankers that actually have hours that coincide with the rest of working America. I will remove my money at first opportunity and will never use WF or any WF service again. I recommend you use Bank of America or is you are eligible to use USAA. Specifically, they will hold a deposited check for 10 days before they release the funds for you to use. Outrageous! One star is too generous!

I have never ever seen such dysfunction. There are two people on the floor a teller and a special banker. The two people before me at the teller window each had issues the teller didn't know how to do and had to go to her manager in the back. She also didn't know how to help me, and so I sit and wait over 45 minutes so far. She is now helping the next in line and it's taking forever. Two more behind her (and one already left). I don't have an account here and after this experience I never will! (PS when teller went in the back, the first in line said it's always like this, and the guy with the specialist at the desk said it's his fourth time coming in for the same thing. )I guess I should rate it at 2 stars, but the employees are friendly and maybe they don't get training.)

They have got to open up the branches to walk in customers. I've been sitting in the drive through bank lane for 20 minutes and not one of the two lanes has moved. The tellers have got to do a better job and step up the pace. Totally ridiculous and really unacceptable. I'll be taking my banking elsewhere.

I opened a new checking account at this branch...boy I am sorry. I went for direct deposit of my paycheck to avoid fees. I use a different bank for billpay. WF has absurd limits on interbank transfers, both daily and monthly. I tried to transfer my paycheck to my billpay bank, and immediately ran into the ridiulous interbank transfer limits. It's $5000 daily, and $6000 per month. Their ATM daily max is $300. Jeez! The lady that helped me open my account was very unhelpful. I had to ask for a manager to go over the fine print with me. There are no free checks either. All checks for the account cost money from the very beginning.

No pressure and no sales pitch when I opened my business account. Rochelle was the one who did my account and she was awesome. Highly recommend both she and the branch.

After 2 hours of waiting, and every teller in the place saying that "only a manager can help you", I was unable to get what I needed done. The bank manager was more concerned that she was going to "miss her flight" then helping me, her customer, with my problem. It has been two weeks on the phone with the "main office", and still not resolved. Warning-they will happily take your money, but don't try to get your money out for any reason, because they won't help you with that request!

The last thing I wanted to do was waste time in a bank on my only day off, but it was literally my only option to get things taken care of. So I bit the bullet and went in while I was in the area. I went in for 3 problems. Completely separate and different problems, which I thought I'd have to talk to multiple people about. Connor greeted me from his desk as I walked in. I told him what I needed, and he took care of EVERYTHING. He was quick and thorough and was even able to get back some of the extra fees I had been paying for. I would happily drive all the way back over to Silverdale to deal with Connor again. Wells Fargo, you need more people like him!
