Drive thru teller has to go upstairs to enter transactions on another terminal. Took longer than necessary for the two customers in line.

Very disappointing customer service. Hard to get a real person to talk to, then when you do they are not well trained , do not listen but talk over the customer making actual communication impossible. I will be closing my account.

Horrible bank do not recommend. Can’t even cash there own checks there. Went in multiple times with checks from Wells Fargo being paid to me and they tell me about a waiting period. Bank is trash. Employees there are trash and can’t do there jobs right. Highly do not recommend.

One teller working with 5 people in line… completely do not care about their customers time. Not good. The other banker struts around but will not jump in to help.

Today I went to Wells Fargo and was told something I have never heard said in any other bank in my total existence on this planet. Me: I would like to make a deposit into my moms account. Here is the account number............. Teller: I am very sorry sir but we do not take cash. Me: Are you serious? I never heard of a bank that doesn't take cash. Teller: We do take money orders; If you can bring us a money order. You can go to 7-Eleven down the road and get a money order to bring back and deposit it. For you Mom, I got it. But that is ridiculous.

Horrible customer service from the branch manager. Instead of helping me with my problem she kept insinuating it was my fault. She tried to say if one of her tellers was responsible she would hold them accountable but since the error was a result of a mobile transaction she had no one to blame therefore it’s my fault. The error was 100% Wells Fargo’s fault but the manager acted extremely irritable and unhelpful. Extremely unprofessional behavior from a manager.

I have normally never had a problem with wells fargo but recently i noticed that this branch had it's ATM out of order when i went to deoosit my check has that been fixed yet

These bankers are incompetent. I should rephrase that, the tellers are incompetent. There NO bankers that actually have hours that coincide with the rest of working America. I will remove my money at first opportunity and will never use WF or any WF service again. I recommend you use Bank of America or is you are eligible to use USAA. Specifically, they will hold a deposited check for 10 days before they release the funds for you to use. Outrageous! One star is too generous!

I have a complicated checking account, and was encountering some issues while I was in the middle of an important transaction. Yvon, Bianca, Morgan, and Alex all were determined to help me fix my account issue. I appreciate the concern, compassion, and the dedication they showed towards me, a customer. My issue was resolved, and I'm thankful to have an account here. Thank you for the excellent customer service, it is forever appreciated!!!!
