Viewpoint Landing is truly a home away from home. We typically stay for a week, and each time it’s that much harder to leave. With its historical charm, gorgeous river views, and spacious and clean suites, it’s one of the most unique and relaxing places we’ve ever had the pleasure to enjoy. Not only are the suites spacious and clean, the location lends itself to so many activities, like a day on the river, walking along the nature preserve, or a day’s outing to the coast. It is truly our absolute favorite place to unplug and unwind; I can’t wait to plan our next visit!

Absolutely wonderful! The Viewpoint Landing is located right on the water. River access and view can’t get much better. Rooms are clean, spacious and cozy in the winter. Very unique and awesome location! The owners are super nice and friendly and ensure you have a relaxing experience with cute locally made treats. We also brought e-bikes and were able to ride from the house all around the reserve. Will for sure be back and thank you for hosting us :)

This place is incredible. Beautiful full 2 bedroom suites with lots of amenities right on the water. The owners are kind and humble. We only had 2 days free to explore this area, but we will stay here again if we ever make it back this way again.

I am yet to stay. But i am related to a former owner of this Steamboat Landing and this renovation is beautiful. It is so wonderful seeing the Landing in use again and enjoyed by many families. I camped in the parkinglot and played inside when it was completely gutted in the 90s. Cannot wait to come down and see it with my own eyes in it's new element!

This suite was fantastic where we enjoyed a very relaxing weekend. This building has historic charm with updated rooms and amenities. The suite was very spacious, even big enough for a large family. The views of the river and sunset are breathtaking. It is immediately apparent that the owners have take every step to create a relaxing oasis for their guests. I highly recommend View Point Landing to anyone who wants a quiet stay with fantastic scenery right on the Columbia River.

My family enjoyed our stay immensely. Gorgeous view in a large suite with thoughtful detail and enough space to really sink in and enjoy the historic building and location. Mary, the host, left local goodies from the farmer's market as well as suggestions for activities and excursions. We will absolutely return!

Viewpoint Landing is a lovely, charming place, and a convenient home base from which to explore the Washington side of the Columbia. Mary was a wonderful host and went out of her way to made sure we enjoyed our visit. We stayed in the Undine unit, and it had plenty of space for our family of 4. The clean, bright, high-ceilinged, well-appointed apartment was exactly as promised in the photos. The small porch provided a nice perch from which to spy bald eagles and osprey on the water. Highly recommend!
